Employees that appeared to be part of the management team were staring as my wife and I walked past them instead of giving a friendly Welcome or Hello. Someone from the same group of people was later interrupting the waiter, by asking him another employees whereabouts, as he was taking my order. Unfortunately this caused confusion and the waiter submitted the wrong order. Waiter eventually brought me correct wrong order but lamentably was not visually appealing, appetizing or up to par in flavor; ingredients were not equally distributed in the quesadilla and the tortilla was dry and over toasted burnt. The product was not reflective of the description in the menu. I hope this was just an isolated incident and that the food and service are not always parallel to my experience. I plan to return so that I can provide a more positive review.

So I preface this review by saying that I really like the food here. The wings are good. The appetizers are great, and the burgers are delicious. With that said this place has some major flaws. First, the staff is mostly younger teenagers. Thus, the service can hit or miss. I remember one visit the kids were sitting down chatting together instead of checking on tables and cleaning. Second, the prices are beyond crazy. $7 for 5 boneless wings with no sides is too expensive in my book. On my last visit I spent $22 on my self. Third, there are no combos. You have to purchase everything separately. E.g. wings + fries. I think this contributes to the high prices.

FOOD: 2 out of 5 SERVICE: 1.5 out of 5 CLEANLINESS: 2 out of 5 Horrible service, our waiter never came back to ask if we needed anything there were only 4 other tables to service and the food still took an hour to come out. Restaurant was very dirty and nobody would sweep the mess up, the shocking thing was that the manager would walk by the mess without asking someone to pick up. An employee was on his cellphone for several minutes at the entrance, this looks horrible to guests as they walk in. If you like wings youre better going to WINGSTOP. If you like burgers youre better off going to Black Beards or anywhere else really.

Buffalo Wings & Rings is a nice change to the buffalo wing scene! They carry a selection of unique buffalo wing sauces as well as the traditional flavors you would expect to find just about anywhere. The garlic aioli parmesan cheese fries is a clear winner in my book! You must try it! Also keep in mind the boneless wings are much larger than the bone-in ones. This place is seriously loaded with TVs so if you want to catch a game//fight... this place may be your next stop!

Wing are mediocre. They arent even crispy. We got a bit of attitude from one of the wait staff. When we asked for a larger ranch portion for 50 wings after being served a medium-sized cup with ranch he made it a point to bring a small cup and a large cup to prove a point. All and all its probably a place where all you can do is drink. Save your appetite for a better wing place.

Well to start, there was a roach crawling on the wall next to our booth which is sad considering its a new building, waitress needs to be more attentive and not take 25 min just to bring you a glass of water ,food could be better and the drinks well you need better bar tenders for better lack of a word. I guess they need John taffer to get this place right!!!

Mike the manager was really rude from the get go,and said really rude with a smirk on his face you can talk to Sara my supervisor if you have a problem. Sara was very helpful and professional and explained and apologize for Mikes behavior

If you compared the taste of the wings with Mcallen and Weslaco and other location its not the same. Here in the Brownsville location they dont make the wings crispy. Other than that its a good location and its a quiet place and it has tons of TVs with sports.

The place is awesome,but as we waited for our drinks ,two waiters where tasting the drinks with straws and throwing away the straw which is kind of unsanitary,now I have doubts if to eat there. I never heard of a restaurant or bar letting waiters do that.

Delicious food and friendly staff. Food came out in an appropriate time. The waiter was friendly and always checking on is even when the place was full and I noticed he had a lot more tables. Staff helps wach other out. Highly recommended.
