This was ridiculous. My husband and I decided to get wingstop at 11:30, started calling for a to go order, the phone got answered and hung up TWICE. We then arrived at 11:45. We are aware they close at 12, we ourselves have been in the restaurant business so we understand the frustration but this is what we wanted and what they get paid for. Anyways, the lady sweeping tries to hide, so my husband knocks, she answers the door and tells us the owner said they close early to "clean their fryers". Note, this is still 11:45. My husband asks to speak to the owner and the lady says okay, takes a moment, comes back, and says "the owner says 11:45, were closed" My husband asks to see the owner and the lady refuses and tells us to take it up with corporate. Then SLAMMED THE DOOR. Look, were not dying for Wingstop but the fact that she was so rude and distasteful about everything was so unprofessional. I know Wingstop is no career but those actions were despicable. Corporate will be hearing about this.

Last night I went to wingstop and Im a usual customer I think they were trying to close because theyre open sign was off but theyre door said 12pm so I went in told them my order you can tell the guy that was cooking was mad when I got home the first thing I did was eat fries but they were nasty they had alot of sugar why would I want sugar on my fries?? So I called to complain and the girl that answered was very rude she didnt even apologize and told me to call back when a manager was there so I called this morning the same girl answered and talked to her manager instead of letting me talk to her she did and told me the only way I was going to get my money back was if i brought back the fries and I told her I threw them away and she said if you want thats the only way I can do it Im not going to dig cheese fries with sugar out of my trash can thats nasty! Its the worst experience of my life you guys have the worst staff!

Called at 10:40 to place a to go order and the guy that answered the phone was rude. He said "sorry cant place your order we close in 5 minutes"... well from my understanding I dont care if they close in 1 minute if youre open youre open. Then he hung up on me after I tried telling him that since they are still open they should place my order. Never going to this wing stop again. Im going to Buffalo Wild Wings.

I Went There on My Lunch Break, the Lady there took Forever to Notice i was standing At The Desk. I asked for some Ketchup and she said i couldnt have any for a TO-GO order. I get back to Work With my order, and it was All Wrong! I ordered cheese fries and got regular. I asked for 4 Louisiana and 2 Garlic. I got 3 Louisiana and 3 Mango Habanero? How does that Happen? I will never Eat Here Again

My Boyfreind and I love wings and this is our favorite place to go. We go about 2 times a week at least if not more! The staff is really nice. Yes you have to wait a while for the food but i dont mind waiting for food when the food is being made fresh and not just heated up. That is why it takes a while

The service was bad the staff all they want to do is go outside to smoke. The food is nothing like the other wingstop that ive had my wings were hard just all around bad experience... Will never go to this one again will stick with the one in Midwest City or North Penn

I have been to this restaurant about 4 times over the past two years. Everytime I order from here, either call ahead or dine-in, it takes over 20 minutes. They have lost my order in the past and it took 45 mins. I will NOT be returning to this location.

I only give a 2 star because the food is pretty good, but the 2 times my husband and I have been here the service/smiling happy service, is terrible. I never complain but this was Bad!!!! Ruined the food.
