Worst service ever received. After encountering several problems getting a salad right (incorrect salad then incorrect cheese, no dressing, olives not removed) our waitress repeatedly placed blame on cooks and never once did she offer an apology. She instead avoid our table and never offer refills or further assistance. We had to ask 2 other waitresses to get her attention, would of understood if the place was packed but she was literally serving only 2 tables. Management no where to be found. Wings are good but will avoid this place altogether for a more pleasurable customer service experience. Will not recommend!

Been going every Monday or Tuesday, but today was the worst experience Ive had. Worst waitress ever happened to attend my gal me, named kisha, asia or something. Anyways, it took her 20 minutes for her to come to our table and get me a refill and place a small order after I called her so many times just to try and get her attention. As per the small order of two burger buns, it took her 30 minutes just to get them to us. Left no tip for or if any service at all.

So me and my friends came here to relax after the holidays and we did not get ANY service, we where waiting for 15 minutes untill we decided to leave... I would understand if it was busy but the place had lots of tables open and the waitresses did see us I am very disappointed because I am a server as well and this should not happen. I have very strong words to say about this place but I would like to keep it professional.

The food was decent but the radio was far too loud. Conversation was difficult. The mozzarella sticks were delicious and didnt leave our fingers greasy. My macaroni and cheese side dish had ranch in it, which was novel and interesting, but not very good. My friend ordered the hot spice on his chicken and it was very hot. My mild sauce was very slightly spicy and had good flavor.

the food is so good but i choose not to eat there because the servers dont know the menu.... service is bad i cant even call and place an order because the girl leaves me on hold so she could figure out the menu herself recommend to get a whole new mature staff because the current stuff is stupid and driving customers away

Wait staff? What wait staff. I went back with the hopes that the bad service had changed after a few months, NOTHING! staff just stands around. You have to wave at them to get their attention & hope they dont spit on your food for complaining . Staff not so friendly.

In all fairness Im a leader of a well established employer in my experience its in need of process improvement its not always the people its leaders not holding them to the process and the labor pool for customer service is not great in the RGV... :-)

The worst service. The wings are good no problem there but it takes forever to place an order and for it to come out. The wait staff have serious attitude. Could be made a nice place but it will never happen w/current wait staff.

I love buffalo wild wings but this one is very dirty, they suck at customer service, the manager never their. So just avoid this location.
