I would have given them 5 stars because I love the food but based off of todays experience I cannot. I always order here probably once a month at least because its my go to spot when I have company. Due to my experience tonight with Adriana who I have not had the displeasure of dealing with before I will not be coming here again. I will deal with the traffic on rufe snow which is further from my home before I will give a place my money when they employ such rude and unhelpful people. Normally I have a pleasant conversation with anyone here but this time I was greeted by a person who mumbled and was upset when we had to ask her to repeat what she said and then rushed through our order even though we asked for a moment to look at the menu and there was not a single soul waiting to order behind us. To those in charge of this place please rethink allowing her to interact with people. It will lose you money.

Placed my order online @700 and was told it would be ready by 730. I arrived at 740 expecting to pick up my order and leave. There were at least 10 other customers in front of me that had placed online orders and were waiting for there orders as well. When I went to the counter, they hadnt started yet. 800 rolls around and still nothing. I told them that why would I need to order online if they didnt take priority. MARCUS yelled and said well when 30 people order then there is a wait. First he needs customer service skis because they should have told there customers sorry about the inconvenience. This place sucked on customer service. Never again will I visit this establishment.

I ordered 100 wings online - then called the store to confirm the order. On both online and on the phone I stressed I needed to pick up this $88 order promptly at 6:15 to take to a group meeting. When I got there, two ladys doing the cooking were sitting down chatting and my order wasnt near done. I was told it would be ready in a few minutes, but I could see they have yet to even start the order. Anyway, I told the guy I didnt have that kind of time and I left empty-handed. I will NEVER try them again. Further, in speaking with friends and neighbors, it seems that no one is happy with this place. This is my first review of my life.

My husband came here tonight to get some wings. The woman taking his order proceeded to keep interrupting him while he was trying to order. She had an attitude the entire time and then of course, she got his entire order wrong! He had waited the normal wait to get his wings fresh and then when his order came out wrong- she came back out within 5 minutes with the right wings? That makes NO sense. We will be going to Buffalo Wild Wings to satisfy my husband unless the issue is dealt with. If this particular lady is working- we will walk right back out and go next door. Sad when the food is good but the service is terrible!

Sat outside the store and called in an order cause I saw how busy they were in the inside. She put me on hold and never came back on the line I literally walked inside waited in line and once I had placed my order at the counter I told her she could take me off hold!,she never apologized! Then to top it off I came back to get my order and it still wasnt ready after I had pre ordered ahead of time I placed my order at 6:30 to be picked up at 8 I didnt leave until 8:30 Please go to another wingstop love the food this location is HORRIBLE they need a new staff! Or Manger!!!!

Always delicious, but always over-priced (in my opinion). Five stars for the food, people and service. I just wish their prices were better...only 1 star for prices....overall it gets a 3 star rating. I love all the flavors, but the traditional hot makes the top of my list everytime. You can mix up your order with different flavors, so you should definitely shake things up and try something new. The fries are out of this world good...salty and a little sweet - a great combination. Side note...If they still have the Korean BBQ, dont miss out on this delicious treat!

We drove out in the snowy/icey road to pick up an order. Upon returning home we discovered that we received the wrong order. Considering the dangerous road conditions we were not going to make a second trip out there to correct this. We tried to make the best of it but the order we recieved was not to our liking. We could barely eat it. Weve never had this problem with wingstop before and its an honest mistake but we are not pleased that we paid for the wrong order. I would give it five stars but we are very disappointed with this situation.

Ordered almost $70 worth of food online. Get to the store to be told they can only accept cash and that I could go to the grocery store to use the ATM! Really? Why not call me in advance so I know to get cash before I arrive? Order was ready and would have been cold by the time I did that. I understand credit card machines fail, but why is that the customers fault? Left the food and went to Buffalo Wild Wings. I miss the Rufe Snow location where the wings are not over cooked, order is never missing items, and took care of the customers.

Server was rude, acted like it was an inconvenience to take my order rolled her eyes when I asked for ranch dipping sauce. After 20 minutes called my name to pick up my order,but handed the woman who came in after me, her order. I had to ask for mine. Really, really. Rude!!!!. The prices are way to high for chicken that is 90% throw away, plus 20min wait is way to long to wait at a place like that .I will never be back

Came in around 4:30 pm, placed my order and 30 minutes for them to make 8 bone-in wings and fries. Was disappointed in the amount of fries with the meal seems like I got all the left over small and broken pieces. I wasnt in the mood to wait while they remade it so I finished my food and left. Not sure why it took so long as there were three people working with two standing around on their phones.

Chicken had to much pepper and the ranch wasnt even pasturized at the other wingstop they gave u vegetables.well they didnt. Oh and the fries arent seasoned and the chicken is to hard.And when we called after we ordered the man just hung up ,without even saying how much it cost or,when it would be ready to be picked up.go to another wingstop because i am very unhappy with their service.

Used to be an awesome crew here that took care of customers, since they changed management it seems like the customers are an inconvenience. The ones cooking are the same quality of food is good, just doesnt leave a repeat customer wanting to come back in again. Hopefully management will correct the problems. If not I will go to a different location.

Food was good.... customer service was AWFUL! We were patient and waited 40 minutes for our order for just the 2 of us. Finally we asked about our order and showed them our receipt. They LOST our order! Then had to wait longer just to get it corrected. They didnt offer to refund us or try to make it better.
