Have been to this location several times, but I went 2/5/2011 and I WILL NEVER GO BACK! Waited for a table for hours because of the fights. The hostesses had no idea what they were doing and the manager didn't seem to care. I got chewed out by a hostess while the manager looked on and did nothing, all for simply asking how much longer after waiting for 2 hours. Finally after being seated, our waitress was extremely rude and didn't really care if she treated us like garbage. There was NO service. We had to get our own drinks refilled and I finally had to ask the manager to take my card and check because the waitress didn't show up after leaving it. While waiting my friend left after leaving cash. He called me to inform me that he saw our waitress leave through the back door and get in a truck behind buffalo wild wings. Our waitress was making out with a guy while I waited. When I went to complain and tell the manager, he didn't even look at me or apologize. He ripped the card from my hand and walked off while I was still speaking. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION. Stay away from this buffalo wild wings, unless you want long lines, awful service, and rude treatment.

Well, we went there for my daughters birthday dinner at her request. Im 45, with some grey hair, & some on my face, I order a beer. Im asked for I.D., I laugh and say Im far beyond old enough. I request the manager. She comes over & states "its our policy". I said its clear Im old enough. We consider leaving, step outside for a moment, then return. The (I guess manager, fat guy, red shirt appears. Begins asking everyone who things are. He turns to me, same question. I said so far not to good, being ID for beer when Im 45 is a joke. I further stated that we are considering leaving. He quickly states, "why dont you go ahead then & leave". I said just go away, you are pissing me off. Then he tells us to leave. We leave. We will never return to any Buffalo Wild Wings location no matter where it is at. Poorly treated by management, & staff alike. 2 different stories from 2 different managers as to why Im IDd at the age of 45. A joke, dont bother!

Went here about 2 months ago waited around 15 minutes just to get our drink order taken. After that the waiter took our food order twice because he didnt remember or write it down. About a month ago I decided to try again. 10 minutes in as I was standing up to leave a young lady helped asked for our drink order and actually ended up doing a great job. Faith restored! Went in tonight, was immediately seated and began watching sports. Glanced around and noticed waitresses helping everyone but us. 6 minutes after being seated, no greeting, no "Ill be right with you", not a word. As we walked out I mentioned to a manager we hadnt been helped and he just stared at me blankly. I told him we had been waiting and no one helped us after 6 minutes, he said nothing, he just looked at the hostess like it was her problem. Side note- their ToGo is prompt and helpful. The rest of the place sucks.

I have been to this place several times. The food is below average. The majority of the wait staff is criminally under-trained. Most of the time your order will be wrong or forgotten. You have to flag the staff down for everything, they will check on your table once, maybe. Every order other than wings will not have the sauce put on; it will be in a little cup for you to pour on yourself. There is no silverware, everything is in paper boats with plastic forks. If you order a beer it will take 15 minutes to get your table and you can forget about a refill... (Especially on 50 cent wings night, you will have to shout them over). The wings are dry and cold most of the time, anyway. If you just want to pound beers in the bar and watch sports... this place is "ok". There are plenty of places to do that in the area with better service/food. Patronize at your own risk.

We went on Saturday for the Kansas game and we were obviously there to see the game; we were decked out in Jayhawks gear. They put us in a corner booth where we couldnt see the tv unless we wanted to crane our necks or look across the entire restaurant. When I said we didnt want to sit there we got attitude from the hostess. Then she said it would be a 20 minute wait even though there were four open tables right in front of the big tvs. After they seated three groups that came in after us we asked if we could sit at that last table and they acted like they forgot about us. Our waitress was great, no complaints about her. The food was typical over-priced sub-par fried foods you deal with to be able to watch a game you couldnt watch at home. Next time well drive a few minutes longer and go to the one on NW Expwy.

HOLY COW AMAZING. Ive been a regular at Buffalo wild wings for years now I mainly go to the one on Northwest Expressway today I want to no one on I 40 this location and had a better dining experience Ive had in years. im gotten the same order of mango have a narrow wings extra wet for years now and today I got it and it was actually soaking wet I asked for extra blue cheese she gave me enough blue cheese and went above and beyond to get me all the sides I want!! Im not a painful customer but I do like lots of sites and sauces and I guess that can be tedious !!! I am very thankful for my experience today !!! It says my servers name is Shateria!! Legit she forgot my silverware for like a minute and a half and today was still the best ever!!! Yay thanks you!! -girl with tattoos

Got seated at 6pm. Too our waiter 10 min before he came to our table. We ordered drinks from the bar and waiter came back and said it would be a minute on mine since they had to change out the keg. He came back about 5 minutes to tell us that they were out of it and that the manager said they werent going to take the time out to change but they have 3 other drinks I might like. Waiter then comes back and says they are out and they only have 1 drink thats close to what I had ordered. The story kept changing. Not sure if it was then manager or the bartender that told the waiter. Weve ALWAYS had great service here at this location until tonight. This was the worst. We drive 20 min because we love this location yet we have one closer to us. I will say the food was great.

I just wanted to add to what others are saying about fraudulent charges and stolen credit. This happened to both me and my brother about 3 years ago there. I know it was there because this was the only place that my brother and I spent any money at together the whole entire year. The reason Im posting now is to warn others that it still seems to be happening after 3 years. I spoke to a colleague here at work and this happened to get brought up in conversation, he said the same thing happened to a few others we work with. I asked them about it, one guy said it has happened twice to him. They have reported it to management. I called corporate and they have yet to return my call. I did not state on the voicemail I left what I was calling about either. Please be warned.
