Even one star is too many.....We ordered online on a Saturday night. We were told a twenty minute wait. We patiently waited our time and went to pick it up. We had to wait another 30 minutes in a busy lobby, got our food, went home and we were missing half the order. We called back to talk to the manager and were CUSSED at over the phone. When we went back in, the staff was apologizing because they were busy and acted like they hated that they were forced to actually do something. They dropped a ticket on the floor, moved the prep counter, picked it up and placed it over the food so the grime could drip onto the orders. When our food was finally ready, we checked the order before we left and they were still missing part of our order. It was horrible horrible service!!! Please do not waste your frustration on this place, Sioux Falls has plenty of better places to eat!! Do not go here!

A few things worth noting: -It was a great first experience. The staff was friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. They also did the same for a couple who came in to order while we were eating. -Food is very reasonably priced. I was pleasantly surprised that the boneless wings are of decent size (larger than Buffalo Wild Wings) while also being cheaper and made of actual pieces of chicken (not ground-up chicken). Fries were also made from real potatoes in the same sense. -It only took a few minutes to get our food (~5 minutes). Service was fast. Overall, I feel theyre a bit more underrated than they should be. Given their quality of food and the cleanliness of the restaurant, they should already be more popular than they are. If youve been debating visiting this place for a new take on wings, Id absolutely say go for it.

When I found out that Wingstop came to Sioux Falls, I nearly lost my mind. This place, without a doubt, has the best chicken in town. I am now considered a regular customer, and most of the crew greets me by name as soon as I walk in the door. They even remember my usual order. The wait time can sometimes get a little long, but thats because everything is cooked fresh as soon as you order, which to me is better than getting soggy chicken from under the heating rack at buffalo wild wings. If you have the time, I absolutely recommend eating it fresh and hot at the restaurant. If youre in a hurry I would definitely check out the Wingstop app. It makes ordering a breeze and gives a great description of the menu.

Ordered food online. Waited the time went on to get it. Had to wait another 30 min. Got home and we were MISSING over half our order. Called and the manager blamed it on me and would not compensate me anything. Went back to get the rest of our order and had to wait another half hour. Amber the cashier blamed it on "being to busy" and wished there was no more orders! HORRIBLE PLACE. Will never go back! No price or taste is worth that torture!

I love wings and Wingstop has some of, if not, the best wings in town. They are big and meaty and cooked to perfection. If you are a bone-in wing afficionado, try the dry rubs like Louisiana Rub or Lemon Pepper. You cant go wrong. Im also a big fan of the app since it makes it so easy to order on my phone. Not many places in town have that.

I go Mondays and Tuesdays for the 50 Cent boneless deal. I have never had a bad experience here with waiting, even when packed. The staff are always joking and laughing and I have never seen anyone standing around. If you like Hot, try the Korean BBQ.

Make sure you check your bag of food before you leave the store and drive back to the other side of town. 3rd time theyve forgot to give me a big ranch. Guy on the phone said I could drive back across town and get it. What a joke.

Compared to the other, ahem, wing place(s) in town, Id choose Wingstop at least 9 out of 10 times. Wings prepared hot (to order, not just pulled from under a warmer) and really, really good. Its often pretty quiet over lunch, too.

The chicken is so fresh and delish! We ordered the lemon pepper and barbecue, both were great. The fries are equally delicious. Great customer service and clean store. The online ordering was a breeze. I will be back for more!

The wings here are one of the best in town. They dont drown them in sauce like Buffalo Wild Wings. And for the complaints about staff not using gloves: they use tongs. Its chicken, gloves wouldnt stop cross contamination.

First time here, .50 boneless on Mondays. Mango habenero were really good. Fries tasted good. Also had Cajun wings those r tasty as well. The wife had teriyaki and mild she enjoyed both.
