I tried to order the 7.99 deal online for a large two topping pizza. My first gripe is that you cant select extra cheese as one of the toppings. Then when I tried to complete the order the website kept giving me an error. No big deal I figured Id just go to the store and place my order. I get to the store and the lady was having trouble getting the computer working. I waited 15 minutes before it started working. During this time I was hoping she would go ahead and start making my order or something but nah the customer can wait. When the computer finally comes up she tells me she cant honor the website offer and can order me a $10 large pizza instead. I decided to go down the street to Dominoes instead where I got prompt service at a lesser price. I dont think I will ever order from pizza hut again.

We ordered at 7:51, called to find out what had happened to our food at 8:10 and were told it had just gone out for delivery, which then took a further 30 minutes. Thats nearly 2 hours to get a pizza. In the half hour it took for it to get to us it, of course, went cold. And to add insult to injury, the "HERSHEYS® Chocolate Dunkers®" we ordered for desert were so bad our three year old granddaughter put hers in the trash and asked for more (still cold) pizza. Wont be ordering from this place again!

Cant believe the employees that were working took all the spaces in front of the restaurant. How inconsiderate. We have kids, we had to park in the back of the lot on a 95 degree day. complete bull.
