This was my first time at this location. I placed an order online for the You Pick-2 "meal" option, which came to roughly $11 for a half of a chicken sandwich and a half salad. To be honest I did request a few customizations to my order (dressings on side for salad, no bacon on Sammy, add lettuce to Sammy, and add croutons to salad). I didnt think that my requests were TOO crazy. But... I did order around 1:30pm, so the place was still busy from the lunch rush, and I get that. However... The chicken in my sandwich looked extremely undercooked. Description says sandwich has "smoked chicken". Ok, wel it was the palest, sickliest chicken Ive ever had the displeasure of laying my eyes on. I had to go home and place the chicken from the sandwich into a pan to cook it more thoroughly because I was honestly afraid of getting a tapeworm, salmonella, or E. Coli from eating it. Im glad Im in the habit of checking my "fast" food take out before putting it in my mouth. Ok, and they forgot the lettuce. Gasp!!! I know, I know. There are children starving in third-world countries and Im complaining about not getting lettuce on my sandwich. I am terrible! But, truth be told Im not made out of money and I rarely order food from restaurants, so forgive me if I want a little crunch on my chicken Sammy after forking over eleven of my precious dollars

I really love Panera, and I try to give this one the benefit of the doubt, but the have continued to disappoint. If im just getting coffee here its fine, but every time Ive ordered lunch or dinner they mess it up and i have to go back sometimes just deal with their mistake. Example ordered and wonton bowl and the only thing they gave me was the broth. Another occasion i ordered a you pick two of a apple chicken salad and a cup of black bean soap with chips, i also ordered a mac and cheese and a full Mediterranean salad. I ended up with two half salads, no soup, no chips and the mac. I brought it back in and the manager was very nice and accommodating but it took them forever get the new food out. Overall I wouldnt recommend ordering dinner from here and if you do make sure you check it before you leave.

They always mess up our order. But this last time we were ripped off $45!!! They rung up the wrong group soup. We asked to get a refund...they said that they did but they never took it off the order. Then they gave us another incorrect soup, forgot a sandwich, and a bread bowl... All in the same order and we unfortunately didnt notice until we got home. I contacted customer support and they said they "refunded the missing items" but I never told them what was missing... So yeah. This place basically threw my $45 out the window.

I think Panera Bread is way over rated and overpriced for what you get. Went to this location for the first time. Paid almost $10 for a turkey sandwich, small bag of chips, and small pop. When I went to find a seat there were like 10 tables that were dirty and hadnt been cleaned. Dinning area was dirty. I was there for about 30 minutes to eat and during that time nobody cleaned the dinning area. My opinion dont waste your money.

Ordered a half salad on my lunch from work. They didnt have the lettuce. They finally hit my buzzer, to tell me, I approved a substitute, then waited 20 minutes, by the window, watching them deliver other diners food. I had no more time, so requested a refund, after waiting in the order line. I was offered soup- to eat on the way back to work. You know, while I was driving? Ugh. Should have gone to Freakin Unbelievable.

Everything here is delicious. There are vegetarian options, and the chicken is decent too. Smoothies and tea as options besides soda. Of course the bakery has many pastries , and you can even get a bread bowl with your soup! Serving sizes appear small but are quite filling. My only complaint is that the pricing is rather cumbersome. If you want a full meal for under 20$ ( per person)this is not the place for you.

Used to really enjoy but I come here almost every morning for coffee. And today there was a gift card sitting out, and I mentioned it to the cashier that someone mustve forgotten it. Turned around and the cashier took it. Called up there to make sure she turned it into a manager and she said nothing was reported found. So she obviously stole it! Terrible service. Not impressed.

The service and staff at this location is always impeccable. Food always is great, which you can expect from Panera; that and a high tab. If it wasnt for the pricey items Id eat here more often since the food is always fresh but the portion to price doesnt necessarily balance out. Still giving the Miller Rd location 5

Just ordered for the first time from this location it was the worst food Ive ever received from a restaurant will not be going back bread was hard and the noodles where undercooked the soup was OK not worth 40 dollars tho

For some reason Im on a soup kick here. Soup with a green passion smoothie and Im a happy girl. The salads are also quite good, and this is the only place Ive found that hasa selection of flavored but not sweetened teas.

I love Panera food and baked goods. I like the drive through and also enjoy dining in. I enjoy the interesting, eclectic crowd and being able to linger to read or work online. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Very friendly employees. It is a spacious restaurant. Very good location for groups, as well as a great place to study, read or relax. Family friendly. I hope to revisit again in the near future.

Your drive thru is a joke. I order 2 bread bowls tonight. I ended up getting one soup (which was ice cold) and Mac N cheese! This is the second time this has happened! Im over this!

Quick and one of the healthiest choices in the area depending on what you get. Kale and chicken salad is a good choice.
