Ive never experienced customer service as bad as I have with this pizza hut. About 5 months ago I ordered for delivery ( the location is about a mile from my house). After waiting over 1 he 45 mins I called and they apologized and "credited" my pizza hut account with the price of my order ($15). The pizza finally came. Had to reheat it up. So later when I decide to use my "credit" surprise! Its not there. I swore I would never order again but a few months later when my family wanted it I said ok lets give it another shot. Same thing. Over an hour late from the delivery time. Shocker..not. This store needs help desperately. I wont recommend or come back.

Horrible management. Walked in, looked straight at us said nothing. Waited forever for anyone to take our order. Got home and was the wrong pizza. Called and the lady first said they cant deliver us a new one bc of some lame excuse with the delivery fee. Then said they could and it would be an hour and half!?!? So then I had to waste my gas and time and pick it up. When a service messes up, that buyer/customer should be pushed up to the front of the line to be taken care of right away. I WILL NOT be back.

Jason was very helpful I had a bad day at work and he made it 1000x better and he should be employee of the month and get a raise because he was such a nice fellow citizens to this customer. He works very hard to be happy and makes me happy and smile after a bad day at work!!!!

There is a reason people adult works minimum wage jobs unable to follow simple delivery instructions. Told them specifically where to take it and told them not to take it to the front desk and twice they took it straight there I believe the delivery mans name was Kerry.
