Never had a bad experience here at any time of the day, and Im there at least 3 times a week. Staff has always been friendly, worst Ive ever experienced has been waiting for the cashier a couple times, but never more than a minute or two. Rice has aways been fresh, even close to closing time. The meat tastes amazing, I swear by the chorizo. The hot sauce is actually hot, and the location is nice and clean. Kudos to staff and management for working to create such a consistent and enjoyable eating experience.

I REALLY wish I could have given this place a great rating for my first time eating at a Chipotle, but I cant. The staff were pretty chill and very friendly when I went there around 8pm last night, and the food was honestly really good. The one huge thing that ruined it all: food poisoning. My best friend and I both got food poisoning and damn was that not fun. I hope nobody else that ate here on January 24th had that issue.

Lettuce in my salad was frozen.. they were out of fajita veggies "for the night" at 5:00pm, even though there was a whole bucket of uncooked peppers in plain site. 2 out of the 3 employees on the line were rude, especially the one who threw the cheese in my bowl.. this one may ruin the quality reputation that most Chipoltes currently have. Was really looking forward to this opening too.. meh.

Wow, the people that work at this location are really great. I ordered online and they were out of the barbacoa but couldnt reach me before I left to pick it up. When I got there they put me to the front of the line and comped my meal. It was totally unexpected and very appreciated. This is one of my favorite lunch spots and had now been moved to the top of the list!

If you were the worlds largest agribusiness that specialized in genetically modified foods, would it not be in your best interest to squash Non GMO narrative being promoted by a very large chain restaurant? We told the manager there was a spill, she said ill clean it in a minute. I went back to her because my daughter fell in the mess as it was surrounding 3 of our chairs. It took 15 minutes in whole time for her to mop. She spread it further and left it wet. The food was good, but service was bad

I ate here yesterday and became violently ill after having chicken tacos. I know it was food poisoning because i had not eaten anything 8 hours prior to going there. I dont think this place is clean and I did not see the staff wearing gloves to prepare the food. Yucky will NEVER go here again.

First time to Chipotle and loved it! The silverware is my favorite of any other quick service restaurant. I respect their corporate responsibility and only buying from trusted suppliers and from environmentally friendly companies. Oh, and the food tasted good, too ;)

Let me start by saying I LOVE Chipotle... but I had a few issues the last time I stopped into this new location. Burrito was ripped, chicken was extremely burnt. Hopefully once this location gets into the groove of things everything will be better!

Poor customer experience. They only have one person making food and five other people wandering around in the back. No fault of the person behind the counter, but they need to staff appropriately. Food is good, though.

Good food and great atmosphere. The workers are always very friendly towards my fiance and me. Online ordering is great and skips the often long lines. They do tend to get through the lines at a decent pace, though.

I love this place! It has great food! The only problem is the ordering counter. It is kind of loud in the kitchen, so they have a little problem hearing you. But, other than that, it is AWESOME!

Would never go back!!!! Rice under cooked, I could have broke a tooth and chicken was just nasty. Kids working behind the counter were just rude and you could till they didnt want to be there.

They stuff so much into the burritos that they rip which can be a good or bad thing depending on who you are. Not as efficient and clean as the Saginaw Chipotle.
