We just had this for dinner for the first time and I ordered it from the website that is on their menu and they tried to tell my husband that he ordered from the 3rd website that theyve apparently have doesnt work. I got a email confirmation and everything and they still had issues getting the order so my husband called and told them everything. We got our usual lo mein and General Tsos as well as some potstickers. This is our usual go to when we get Chinese. The general tsos was okay and rice was alright as well nothing fantastic but what you expect from the usual Chinese restaurants. However, the lo mein was absolutely inedible. None of us ate it because it was very fishy tasting and we arent really big fans of seafood my daughter likes it but she didnt even like the flavor on the lo mein and would not eat it. I have never had fishy lo mein because we always order chicken and/or beef lo mein anywhere. Tonight we tried both chicken and beef lo mein to see which was better both were very fishy and not good at all. It just did not taste right at all. The potstickers were very tiny as well. Compared to everywhere else they did not have much filling. We also could not find any coupons available and it was pretty pricey for what you get compared to other restaurants. I thought it would be a great place because of the high rating but I dont see why it is so high.

Happy Family is more like a Sad Family. For $12.95 I received mushy "shrimp" that looked nothing like shrimp, 4 slivers of imitation crab meat, a few pieces of tough chicken and beef, rubbery scallops, and an abundance flavorless veggies that were drowning in a flavorless, watery brown "sauce". It was one of the worst meals Ive had. I expected more out of a "house specialty". My husband got the Kung Pao chicken and it was floating in watery "sauce" and wasnt near a spice level of "hot" that he requested. The crab rangoon was bland and lacked filling. Thank goodness for the sweet and sour sauce that salvaged what little there was for flavor. The chicken fried rice was overcooked and the chicken is breaded, unlike other places we are used to. The best part of the order was the egg drop soup. Pretty hard to mess that up... For a $44.00 meal with a $1.75 delivery fee, it was worth about $10.00 in my book. We will NOT be ordering from this place again. Its subpar food for an extravagant price.

Dont order from this place, theyre extremely inconsistent with how they prepare their food. Its either hit or miss with your food. One day it may be really good, another day its not edible. Forget about complaining because these people will argue with you. They charge you a fortune for some General Tsos chicken and yet they barely give you any chicken meat its all breading, hard chewy breading. They charge you for any kind of change you make. If you ask for something to be taken out of your food they either tell you its not possible or its a $1.50 extra. They often tell you 30-45 minutes for delivery and it becomes well over a hour, and theyll deliver your food cold. Also, they dont use fresh vegetables, and are somewhat unsanitary. I have found hair in my food, and once my mom found an ant in her egg roll. Stay away from this place.

Just ordered from here for the first time. All the reviews I saw were pretty great, but what I got for 30 dollars was not. The General Tsao consists of what looks like reheated chicken nuggets that you could pick up from the frozen food isle, and tastes for some reason like orange chicken. Ironically one dried chili pepper was added to the box. The rice looks like white rice with soy sauce, and tastes the same. The egg rolls have the consistency of saw dust, and taste about the same. The dumplings I ordered came burnt (how do you burn dumplings?), but all wasnt bad, the soup was pretty good. Not sure if this is unusual, but I wont be ordering from here again.

I used to order from them almost weekly, but that is stopping now. They dont listen to people and their dietary requirements, evidently. I ordered Fried Rice with no soy sauce and have discussed with them that I cannot eat wheat (Celiac). Normally they follow it to the letter. Yesterday I ordered the same as always and they did not use soy, but they did use breaded fried chicken, they have NEVER used it before always sliced white meat. I didnt see it until it was too late and now I am sick as a dog and will be for at least three or four days. I will stick with P.F. Changs that has a dedicated menu and cares enough to take precautions.

If I could do 0 stars I would! Ordered $40 worth of food, said it would take 40 minutes. I waited an hour before I called. And they told me that I called the wrong place, that the never got it, and if Id like to pay for a different order. When I said no and asked for a refund because I work 3rd shift and by this point I should be in bed. She hung up on me. When I called back a man answered and I asked for the manager. He gave the phone to the same woman who hung up on me before. She then hung up on me again after finding out if was me. Poor customer service. Will never try to order from them again. They were rude and inconsiderate.

I ordered peking garden for delivery for the first time and the last. The food was awful! I ordered the general tsos chicken and crab rangoon. First the chicken tasted and looked like frozen breaded nuggets that was reheated in a pan and sauce add. The sauce wasnt even good. Then the crab rangoon tasted like cream cheese with flour added to it! I was so disappointed the only thing I ate was the rice.

The reasons Ive ordered from here 1,000 times: it is so good I could curse. They offer the general run of the mill Chinese fast food offerings and then some. But its always really really really good. I recommend their Singapore chow mei fun (a curryesque rice noodle dish) & the general Tso chicken. The wonton soup isnt bad either! It doesnt taste like water & Yellow #5 like some other places.

I was looking for a place that would deliver. I struck gold! Their online menu is easy to use. The delivery time was estimated at 45 Mins, my order arrived in 35. It was hot, fresh, looked good and tasted good. I was able to pay via the website also. This was my first experience with Peking Garden and it wont be my last. I wish I had found it years ago. The delivery man was polite.

The food itself is fairly decent. Customer service may not be the best. Placed a small order online, took 55 minutes to get here. No phone call or anything to let me know it would be late. I had to call them just to make sure they didnt forget about me. Not a huge deal, but its a pretty big annoyance that restaurants shouldnt make their customers go through.
