If i could give them less than 1 star i would. They have, on more than 3 occassions, screwed up on our orders in a row. 2 times they have given us the wrong items on our pizza and tonight they over charged us by "not hearing" our request for items on the $5 flavor menu and charging us full price for less food (missing the other half of breadsticks that come with the flavor menu order). When i called, they stated we technically got the food we ordered and so there was nothing they were going to do about their mistake. The customer service here is sub-par on a good day and horrible on an average day. i will not be using them again.

We enjoy all the items on the menu. The toppings always were fresh for us. The biggest and only complaint was the call center when you are busy. I speak English. The person trying to take my order however didnt. It took me ½ hour to order a Hawaiian w/no green peppers.1st of all... it doesnt come with green peppers. 2nd of all... she was asking me questions as if I were purchasing a Lexis. 3rd of all... hung up on me AND charged my card. Pizza Hut Call Center = poopoo center. However, Pizza Hut rocks!!!! Love the food!

When I call to order my food all they can tell me is no I cannot do this no I cannot do that seriously if you cant give me a pizza for about ten bucks and when I ask to get the cross stuffed and Im willing to pay the additional $2 and tell me know that is absolutely insane I will spend my money elsewhere

Their online ordering is a joke. I was still waiting twenty minutes passed the pick up time and she still told me it was going to be another ten minutes. The way she handled the mistake was completely wrong. Needless to say i will not be visiting again

The pizza looks like crud and tastes just as bad. I had a hole in the crust. Maybe if i hadnt gotten the nasty pepperoni, they might have put some cheese! Makes Chuckie Cheese good.

I have only been here a hand full of times. Now the pizza I feel is quite good in my opinion. Which reminds me I think I may get a pizza for my dinner tonight it has been a while.
