Service can be difficult at times but we have to learn to sympathize with the waits. The pizza hut company has these moments they call "hits". Where multiple people come to the store at one time. Not only that, but they have to deal with Waterpark demands. Ive seen some of the Waterpark orders and they tend to be very heavy. Give them a break.

Took 25 minutes for a simple cheese, but only 10 for the local lady who came in after me and ordered a lot more. Wont be coming back to this one. Also, they shut their water off so if you have to use the bathroom you have to ask permission. Worst pizza hut ever.

I didnt know they where closed ,but instead of being polite the manager was very rude with the employee I could hear her loudly in the back ground raising her voice, I would not recommend anyone to work there.

4 calls, 15 minutes of total hold time, and no ability to actually order a simple medium pizza. Pathetic. Ended up going with a competitor who could take a simple phone order.
