Ordered rapid pick-up and the food wasnt ready, which wasnt a huge issue. I absolutely love the green passion smoothie and get it all the time, but this one was disgusting- basically frozen spinach. The ice chunks were so large that you couldnt drink it through the straw.. very disappointing, especially when you pay $5 for it.

It seems like they are always out of something someone wants, but it is always delicious! For example, we had a freak snow a few weeks out and I talked my husband into broccoli cheese soup bread bowls, and they were out of bread bowls! How does Panera Bread run out of bread bowls on a nasty cold day?!?

Whether ordering online or in person, its always quick and easy. Sometimes when they are really busy i may wait an extra couple minutes. But they handle it so well and my food is always hot (or cold) and fresh. Will go back again and again.

A nice Panera Bread. Often come here to work all day and rarely have a problem. Decent Wifi that does periodically have issues, but they generally get fixed quickly.
