Easy-going atmosphere with kind staff! We were very pleased with how friendly everyone was. The owner spent some time talking with us and we were impressed with the willingness to add the personal touch of making us feel welcomed. The food was very tasty and we were pleased to find that they offer gluten-free options. They seek to use local growers. They also told me that they make everything from scratch and aim to use chemical-free items. One last thing, their water tasted GREAT! Were used to well-water and really dislike the taste of the city water in Fort Myers. So we very excited when we found the water at Golden Fork tastes amazing! Overall, big thumbs up! I can tell they are passionate about what theyre doing!

Not only were the waitresses personable and knowledgable about the menu but also this weekends chocolate extravaganza.The owners are fabulous! The warmth and concern for their patrons was surpassed only by their food. My wife had their "scrambled eggs, pancakes and bacon" while I enjoyed their "philly steak" sandwich with cole slaw and fries. Everything was topnotch and the service was impeccable. I intend to make the 2 hour trip with other family and friends again to spend the day in Fort Meyers and to make sure we eat at this cafe!

Great food and service. Every worker there was so nice and personable, checked up on me often to make sure everything was okay. The food was delicious and plentiful! I got a two egg, home fries, and country ham platter with a side of grits. The potatoes are awesome! Super affordable as well, make this a breakfast stop for your list.

Great home made breakfast here for sure. But what stands out is the super friendly service! You are greeted warmly when you walk in and every single employee that walks by your table asks you if everything is to your liking. This type of attentive service is so rare now days!

We stumbled on this gem and couldnt be happier. We were here for lunch and three of us had different sandwiches. Each got rave reviews and we will be back. We also enjoyed a delightful chat w Frank at this family run restaurant where everything is made from scratch!

My partner and I chose this place for Fathers day and we have to assume the neighborhood is the only reason this place isnt more popular. The food was incredible, the service was better than weve ever had before and the prices were great!! :)

This place is awesome - wonderful family atmosphere! I was there for the "soft opening" last year, and have been back several times. The food was great, and the young couple who run things are adorable.

Friendly staff. Table was sticky for some reason. Longer wait than I would have liked (20 minutes or so). Food was pretty good though. I loved their Belgian waffles. Overall Id probably come back.
