Our first try here and really disappointed. Three of the four drinks our group werent happy with. Only one requested to, please, change for something else because she disliked it SO much but was refused and told she would have to purchase another drink (which we did so she would have something). In all of our travels, Ive never seen a restaurant/coffee/tea shop turn down a customer that wasnt happy. Thats just part of good customer service, right? Very disappointing that the almighty dollar was more important than a happy customer. Im hoping it was just an off day because its truly a cute little place and we love quaint little places like this. Everyone can have an off day. Maybe rethink your policy if a customer voices a concern or dislike. It could make all the difference in customers leaving happy and coming back... or just leaving.

I was initially disappointed when i learned from the person taking the order that a dark roast expresso would be used for their latte drink. I prefer a medium roast expresso. I went ahead anyway with my order. I was so pleasantly surprised that I received a latte made from more of a medium roast expresso. Very smooth and very slight acid observed. They obviously pay attention to expresso machine cleanliness and maintenance. Probably the best latte Ive tasted in Florida. What a pleasant surprise to find such place in Fort Myers. The place is spotless, the food is great, and they have a very friendly staff as well. 5 stars.

I absolutely love this place! Super duper healthy spot. Probably one if the healthiest places to eat, drink coffee or tea, or have a green drink or a smoothie. It is kind of small inside, but lucky for you there really arent that many health minded people in the down town area, so this place doesnt really ever get crowded except around lunch time. It even has Wireless charging docks at certain tables for those of us that have amazing Android Phones like my Note 7 that support Wireless charging. Sorry iPhone fan boys & girls

Drove down to Fort Myers for the day to do some shopping. . I was so pleased to have been recommended by another store shop owner to come here. This is an adorable organic coffee shop and restaurant. This staff were so friendly and atmosphere terrific. So I sat in the courtyard with soft music playing and herbs growing casually around me. I think theyre restaurant is a wonderful addition to downtown Fort Myers. Give it a try you love it! Menu original and truly fresh.

I am a big fan of bubble tea and Ive been looking all over Ft Myers for it since I moved here. I was delighted to find this place after some trouble locating them. I discovered they had actually moved to a new location down the street from where they were in The Franklin Shops. The staff was incredibly friendly and my bubble smoothie was perfect. I will definitely be going back and I hope they do well at their new location.

Would definitely recommend this place even to people who dont care about the organic aesthetic. Good drinkable black coffee, tasty and filling smoothies, and a decent little food selection too. I wasnt a huge fan of the bubble tea, but there are plenty of other options that I wouldnt really take away a star for that. Great atmosphere and friendly staff inside, too. Skip Starbucks and go here.

Fantastic place! The food is great and they are health-based. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options, as well as humanely raised meats. The atmosphere is very comforting and it is a relaxing place to be. The staff is also nice and they have a unique restaurant. I just wish it was closer to the colleges as it is mostly aimed at that type of crowd.

Finally tried this place out and I loved it!! Nestled perfectly downtown Fort Myers on Dean Street and the perfect little cafe for lunch or just drinks. I had the ginger tea and it was made fresh to order. The outdoor patio is perfect on cooler days! I will be back for sure! Free wifi so great perk when working on the go.

Absolutely the best place to go. Best service and Always with a smile. I have been a vegan for 2 yrs now and this is just what i was looking for. Been going there since they opened . I lived here 46 yrs and have only written 3 reviews ever online. It really has to be worth it to me and this place is worth it..

Staff was great, friendly. Acai bowl seemed very sweet, corn syrup? Also very light on the toppings and few fresh choices. We were looking for more of a natural acai bowl experience. Chicken wrap was very good. Overall we felt like the price was high comparative to the quality but enjoyed our time.

Great little downtown coffee shop. My only wish would be a higher overall coffee knowledge from the employees and some more brewing methods. I think you guys would get more business if you up the coffee game a bit. Research a few "trendy" shops in New York or even Miami to get it rocking

I love bubble tea and this place can make some delicious bubble tea even though its not authentic I love the tea choices you can choose from, and you can get it in smoothie form! And I just found out that they make soup so I will definitely be coming by more often!

So green and good. Fresh salads and wraps. Homemade chai tea. Helpful staff. Very calming. We need this place back home!!! Second visit here. I ate the collard green quinoa wrap and amazing vegan lavender scone and dark chocolate cup. Good coffee too. Yum Yum.

We stopped in and had some coffee and wraps! The service was really great, so was the coffee and grub! The interior and graphic design really stood out. It is a really well put together Cafe. Were in town for another week and will probably drop back!

The passionfruit jasmine bubble tea was incredible. Ive had a lot of bubble tea (its been popular in the mid-Atlantic for a while and has exploded in popularity recently) and its probably one of the best bubble teas Ive ever had.

I just went there yesterday and loved it! The atmosphere is fantastic, the wheatgrass shot and tropicalia smoothie I ordered were great and the price was pretty good as well. I highly recommend Green Cup Cafe.

This place is beautiful inside with a really pretty oasis and small courtyard too. I got the moonlit smoothie and it was delicious. I will be back to try more items. Happy to have tried this spot.

Amazing experience! The coffee is really good, the atmosphere is relaxed and comforting, and the patio is truly an enjoyable experience. Id highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fort Myers.

All things good are here. Two complaints, although the vegetarian sandwiches and wraps are delicious they tend to be a bit pricey ex. A hummus wrap is 7.99$. Also, closed on Sundays.

Only been once. The atmosphere and aesthetic were nice. The passion fruit tea was ok and was a bit pricey for the point of tea I received. I will probably go back to try another tea.
