Very disappointed. While on vacation in Orlando, we ordered two small pizzas, and an appetizer through UberEATS to our hotel after a long day. The descriptions sounded clever and promising, and we really wanted pizza, so we went ahead and forked over the 50$. When the food arrived, the pizzas were rubbery. They were both overloaded with cheese and hardly any sauce at all. The bacon on the meat pizza tasted like imitation bacon bits. The veggie pizza looked like someone accidentally dropped a couple of mushrooms and spinach on it. Yet, there was a ton of onions all centralized in the middle of the pizza which were long and curly-- cut like onions for a sub sandwich. The breaded mushroom appetizer was delicious, though. The kicker to the story, is after I reached out to Uber, and submitted a review, the response I got from what I assume was the restaurant was super-patronizing. Very, long winded, and making a snarky remark about how I wouldnt be reimbursed. I never asked for reimbursement. However, a new, edible pizza might have been a good offer, or simply a short and sweet, "Im sorry." I have never left a bad review like this for any restaurant or service, but this place left a bad taste in my mouth!

Terrible terrible service. Worse restaurant ever. Delivery took 2 hours, food was cold, was nothing like we expected, food was not seasoned at all, not packaged professionally (garlic bread was called up in foil paper). I called and asked for a refund and the manager refused so I lost my money and still no food. I also asked the man if we could exchange it for anything and he stressed to me how my food was going to be cold because my hotel was 5 minutes away from their restaurant, which my food should not get that cold that fast. Terrible service, they clearly do not care about the customers. Never eat here, you will be extremely disappointed.

Waited 2+ hours for delivery, after calling the restaurant they said the driver went to the wrong address. They have my cell phone and could have called any time if they were lost. Food was cold, wrong and not satisfactory. Argued with the guy who answered the phone that its been over 2 hours when the delivery person showed up. The food was cold, order was wrong and I demanded a refund, he sent the driver back to pick up the food to issue a refund. If I dont see the money back on my card, Ill have to do a chargeback. I strongly do not recommend delivery from this restaurant.

This place could have great potential. Good location and a nice building. But I dont think that anyone working there has been anywhere near Italy. The wine was very poor, and the pasta meals were so sweet I told the waitress that it was as if the chef had used sugar as a seasoning. Between us we had a Holyhead and a lasagne, both were far too sweet. Having been told, and seeing that we left a lot on our plates, no compensation was made on the bill, and it wasnt particularly cheap. Lessons need to be learnt about Italian food, Italian wine, and Italian hospitality.

My boyfriend and I decided to try their pizza after getting tired of always ordering from Upper Crust up the road. While upper crust is really good , this place is even better! Their pizza has a very authentic Italian taste that surpasses any pizza I had in my 5 years of Florida. Being Italian myself, I cant wait to come back and try some of their pastas. Im pretty sure I found my go to pizza place. I def recommend getting their Margarita , yum! But seriously , this pizza is insanely delicious.

No flavor! The service was quick and efficient I must say. We ordered and they had our food delivered in 30 minutes. Other wise our experience was a half star at best. The wings and sandwiches were dry and flavorless to say the least. No spices, seasons, or delicious ingredients were included. In short everything was sub part and barely edible. Maybe we should of ordered Italian food at an Italian restaurant....go figure!

I had a really great time here at the Retro Station, across from all the Old Town amusement rides. The vibe is great, the music fun, and the owners are really fun to talk to. They even host rockabilly dance lessons on some nights! Its definitely something different in the Kissimmee area, and you should really check it out! I recommend the Florida lager too.

The pizza was good, the calamari was only "ok", and a small portion. The chicken Ceasar was also nothing special. The grilled chicken was dry and didnt have much flavor. $51 for the meal, and the driver wanted to keep the extra $20 as the tip. I wouldnt eat here again. Papa Johns has better pizza, and much more cost effective.

Was incredibly pleased with this place. ALL food was homemade from scratch. It was absolutely amazing and I recommend anyone wanting true Italian cuisine to eat here. I WILL go back. Portions were huge and I couldnt finish my food. Service was great and the servers really worked with me to specialize my order.

If you want a relaxing 50s theme Italian dining experience. This place is for YOU! Awesome menu choices from pasta to pizza.. Terrific sauces. Best NY pie in Disney World! Homemade cheese cake to die for...staff is friendly and it feels like a family diner atmosphere. Highly recommended 5 STARS!!!!!

I used a delivery service and this was one of the few places in town that was open after 10. I got appetizers as a meal and was completely satisfied my wife also really liked her Alfredo. this was a quick fix for us getting hangry after 10 hour drive.

Over charges for delivery, doesnt give you complete order, gives you a small pizza and says its a medium. Doesnt care about the customer. ..total rip off. Dont order from them ever. Companies as crooked add this should be out of business.

All these reviews must be fake. I paid 27 dollars to have a terrible tiny excuse for a pizza delivered. This was at best a 20 dollar pizza. It was little better than frozen. Stay far away if you dont want to get robbed.

The pizza was fantastic, the Philly sandwich was so good too only problem was the sandwich was half way full with meat. Increase the amount of meat in sandwhichs please. Other than that perfect!
