I have always ordered from Pizza Hut online, but after last evening that will not be the case. I ordered a large Supreme pizza with a thin, crispy crust. Other than it was large, the rest was not really recognizable as a pizza. It was cold, dry, and very tough to chew. It was as if there was NO sauce at all on the crust. Also whatever was used to "spice it up" made it so hot if burned your tongue. My friend who was eating with me had additionally put red pepper flakes on his slice and he had a difficult time swallowing. In addition, the deliverer had to call my apartment to get the right address even though it is listed clearly in my account online. I wont be choosing their services anymore!

Normally this is my go-to Pizza Hut because its always good its always hot service is always great. However today was an exception to that. I ordered a pizza for carry out and it was not made correctly when I got there to pick it up, then when they remade it they still did not make it correctly. Did not offer any compensation or even soda as an apology. A little bit disappointed. Probably wont keep me from going back but at least maybe somebody will read the review and do a little management that needs to be done.

This isnt a new Pizza Hut but the old-style version that most people grew up going to. Its pretty small with not a lot of parking. The staff seemed a little disoriented the few times Ive been there. They made the wrong pizza once but they did correct it (unfortunately without a Sorry and my other pizza got cold waiting for the new one to finish baking). I will probably try out their delivery soon. Food is good though. It is kinda like stepping into time there without the jukebox playing though.

first they give our order to another person and we wait for another 20 mins then to top it off then they forgot 1 pizza. Sad to say this was carryout order and we live 20 mins away from this pizza hut cause the one that delivers to our house is worse then this one.... Funny They give us $5 .00 back after I called. So far the one at champions gate is the closet to what pizza hut should be..

We used to always eat at Pizza Hut in Clermont but it went down hill, so we started eating at American Pie by Target, well they went out of business. Now What! Lets try Pizza Hut again. Boy am I glad we did. They have a new manager and it was wonderful. The service was fast, the refills kept coming without asking, it was just great. We now recommend Pizza Hut again. Thank you.

Worst customer service ever!!! I placed my order at 6:25pm and its 8:25pm and still havent heard from anyone about my pizza....so I called the store and talked to the manager donnie and come to find out they cancelled my order without calling me. This place is a joke, they lost my business.

Unfriendly host ,the boy that waited on us was good. I asked for a three topping pizza and the cook gave him a cheese pizza so he didnt bring it to me because he new the order and told them so they did it over and he told me no charge. But I wont be back

My best friend and my brother used to frequent here every Wednesday evening after 5pm for the buffet. Its a good price and you get a lot of value. It includes unlimited pizza, pasta, dessert and salad. Definitely worth it if youre craving the hut :P

Ordered a pizza to be delivered and it never came. When I called (hitting redial) I was told there was no record of my order. I was told I must have called the other Pizza Hut. How, when I hit redial? Never got my pizza anyway.

Buffet on Saturday was bad experience. Very few pizzas were cooked to cover the number of customers eating buffet. Single and 2 ingredient pies only. Would not reboot wifi for Internet to work. Bad attitude employees.

My kids love their gluten free crust. They also love it when I order delivery because they like to wave to the "pizza man." I find this particular store to be reasonably quick, and theyve never gotten my order wrong.

This is by far the the sorriest restaurant in Clermont. Its filthy! One look are the restroom capped this one off. Toilets were crap filled and overflowing into the floor. DO NOT GO THERE!

Spent a whole hour waiting for them to remake the remake pizza. And the pizza still came it wrong. It was supposed to be a plain cheese pizza. How could have they screw this up twice.
