Love Fresh Fit! Weve been a customer for the past two seasons. My husband gets vegan (although he eats fish) and I get regular. What a fantastic way to eat clean and healthy! We both have very busy schedules and its such a luxury to have great tasting and good for you food ready to heat up instantly. Love the recipes - theres barely a dish we dont love. No doubt we would spend way more and eat much more poorly If not for Chad / Fresh Fit! Theres never any waste as they keep perfectly for many days. Nothing better you can do for your health and checking account than call Fresh Fit!

We have been using Fresh Fit for almost four years. It has been perfect for our lifestyles. My husband and I are both very busy. The last thing we want to do after a long day is prepare a nice meal and then clean everything up. Fresh fit provides us healthy and great tasting meals several times a week. It costs no more than if we had to shop and prepare it ourselves. We eat healthy, it tastes amazing, we dont have to cook or clean. We would absolutely recommended Fresh Fit to anyone...as a matter of fact, we have many times!

Chad has been in the food delivery biz for many years in the SWFL area. He really pioneered the industry in Naples. His food has been consistently outstanding over the years. His menu is creative, unique, and most importantly it taste great. I also love it because of the convenience of pick up or home delivery. Just started the program and love it. Great communication between myself and the owner (Chad) and Im already down 5lbs in my first week. Totally feasible when you take into consideration that you no longer have to shop, prepare, cook, and lets not forget cleaning up your mess. Im saving hours of my time each week. I have tried several other meal prep services in town and this is the best my far! Fresh Fit Foods prepares awesome, healthy meals and its so convenient. I hadnt thought about getting prepared meal plans for lunch but Im so glad I tried it. Its tough to have time to prepare meals to take for lunch and eating out I seem to always make unhealthy choices. Having healthy fresh meals delivered to work saves me time. They are so tasty too! Great food, great service! I just started a 30 day restricted diet (no sugar, dairy, grains or legumes). I had no clue what to eat. I contacted Chad at FFF and he was able to accommodate the restrictions. Food arrived today and I am very pleased. Generous portions, fresh and healthy. Best of all, delicious! Very pleased.

The best by far!!! Due to my busy schedule, I have been getting my food delivered to me for years. I have tried many other prepared meal delivery companies and the quality of the food is much better. Much more gourmet than others. Nonetheless, the portions are better too. I look forward to eating my meals every day!!
