We have been here an hour. We ordered the salad bar (which didnt even have any lettuce, and everything else was low or crusty), breadsticks, and a pizza. We are finished with our pizza and dont have our breadsticks yet, despite having asked for them twice. We ordered pepsi and were brought cherry pepsi with the reaaon that the regular pepsi was out of syrup. There is one waitress working trying to handle 8 tables. There are seven tables that need to be bussed, 5 of which needed it when we walked in. All in all a horrible experience.

New modern Pizza Hut. Pizza was okay, but not exceptional. Salad bar was good, but could have used some attention. The wings were at best average. The waiter that we had was very poor quality. He never left any straws and I had to go and ask for them (we needed them since we had kids with cups that had lids). Once the food was delivered, we never saw him again. The other tables had a different waiter and she did service her tables to an acceptable standard. I am usually a very generous tipper, but not this time.

The food was decent and normally I wouldnt even take the time to write a review; however, the service was awful. Waited for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us although three different employees walked by the carry out window and looked at us. Finally, the dishwasher set his rack of cups down and carried out the transaction.

Worst service ever waited 45 for to be seated and only 4 tables were occupied another 30 minutes to take order When I asked to speak with a manager they sent a teenager who started arguing with me Dont go there ! Bad bad service!

Good food, reasonable prices, only had one server and a cook on Saturday afternoon so service was a little slow. Figured they would have had more staff since it was graduation weekend at App State.

They went above and beyond to make a special delivery for my best friends birthday. I couldnt be there in person, but they made it so I could be there via pizza

i always get a delivery to my house in boone. prices are much better than papa johns. i have not had any problems with the quality of deliveries or the food. 5/5
