My mother and I were very disappointed in the cleanliness of this restaurant. We were there on Tuesday June 16, My mother was very upset because the place was very filthy. I have never seen a restaurant so dirty in all of my life. I will never eat there again. I have eaten there before and it was very clean. The food was awful. I cannot believe the heath department has not closed them down.

When you call to place order you get an automated line in some other state. When you have a question about area and directions, the person does not know boundaries or landmarks or road names so direction become very complicated. Lastly I ask to be sent to the Elizabethton store and it rang until it hung up. Apparently their IVR only answers their calls and The store does not pick up.

The place was very clean and not crowded. The server was great and it only took 10 minuets for our order to come to our table. They truly have the best pizza in all of Elizabethton. I liked the fact that our kids had the option of playing arcade games before our meal was ready. Prices are also very reasonable. Our family favorite.

I had a very pleasant experience at this Pizza Hut. Our servers name was Megan and she truly is a great waitress. She was very busy and she still acted as though we were the only people in the restaurant. She is a super waitress and she needs a promotion or something.

We used to go there every Thursday for the salad bar but the service has gotten so bad and the building so unsanitary we refuse to return. Swarms of gnats and dead flies lining the window sill is not very appetizing. The one in Johnson City is even worse.

Last time I come back, I got a 10,09 special unlimited thin sausage suppose have extra.cheese haha had nothing extra on it barely had 3 or 4 pieces sausage on it. Its the worst Ive ever gotten. Next time Ill pay more go to Pappy Johns

As far as friendliness of wait staff its great! Cleanliness is so so! Only problem I have with pizza hut is they have some of the greasiest pizza ever!!! Dont matter which one I go to!
