Unbelievable. I have ordered from pizza hut 6 times over the summer. Each time the order has been messed-up. Each time we get the wrong order, missing parts of our order, once the pizza delivery guy opened the box and the pizza fell out onto "welcome" mat. 6.times.mess.up. The thing that sucks is this: we have 2 places that deliver in town. 2. That means 1/2 of the delivery in our town are going to mess up your order. AND IT ISNT CHEAP. The order they messed up today was a 33 dollar order, this time it wasnt their fault, I was explained to that it was the fault of a credit card machine, but after 6 tries, that is enough for me. This place is a running joke at our house. We order and wait to see what will be messed up. I would be embarrassed if this was my store.

7/30/2011 - Called in for pick up - 1 hr and 15 min. to fix a piza. The bottom crust was crunchy. A total of 13 tables had not been bussed. Staff running around like a chicken with its head cut off not knowing what to do next. The mens restroom looked like something you would find in a backroom bar. As long as I can remember there has always been problems with this resturant. Impropper traning and use of staff. I guess that when you have a good product you can cut back on help and put more in your bank account. There a 4 other pizza joints in town and they deliver.

I am visiting from DC. My dad ordered at this facility and I picked it up on my way through town. We got a couple pan crust pizzas and they were top notch. Service was friendly and the price was just right. When Im back here again I will definitely consider ordering more pizzas.

Pizza... A favorite for all. Crust, sauce, cheese... Wait! I said cheese!!! Why cant this place put some darn cheese on the pizza? Why do i have to order extra cheese and pay for a double topping to get a standard amount of cheese? All is good here except the greeety cook.

Overall it was a good experience although I never got a refill on my drink.. the garlic knots arent that good but the meat lovers pizza is amazing.
