This review is not about the food or the service at Chick-fil-A (theyre both really good, by the way). Its about simply being a good neighbor. My community recently experienced a deadly apartment fire. Many families were displaced and fortunate to escape with their lives. As emergency services personnel battled the fire for hours, Chick-fil-A showed up and fed the firefighters, police officers and others at the scene. Then, they humbly left. No fanfare. No expectation of being recognized. No waiting for the newspapers and television stations to run their story. They simply responded to an urgent community need and helped in the best way they could. We are fortunate to have neighbors like Chick-fil-A in our community. Thank you Chick-fil-A.

Was my all time favorite for over ten years, now from the restraint at 16584 Royalton Rd, Strongsville, you get zero consistency in their chicken sandwiches, some are so so size but most are very thin at best. Its like they cut their formerly great chicken fillet sandwiches in half the long way and still charge you the same for half the amount of chicken. I have gone back about ten times since noticing their skimping (in hopes of getting my long time favorite sandwich once more) only to be disappointed time after time and am very sorry to say I will never go back.

I was here last night with my boyfriend 7/26/16 at 9:30. I order a number one he order a number six. We asked for our meals for dine in & they put it in a bag. Both of our meals were old. The manager asked on our way out how was everything I told him our food was old but Im pregnant & we were both starving & had to catch a movie at 9:55. By the time I realized it was old I couldnt wait for fresh food. The manager said ok. My boy friend now has food poisoning. He has cramps, diarrhea thrown up over 7 times. So we are done with a chic fil a!

Everything was very fresh and the staff was so nice, its not a surprise that chick fil a is growing as fast as it is. They got us the wrong salad. We mentioned it to them. They gave us the salad that we didnt order then made us a fresh one of the one we did. Not a big deal at all but the manager also came to apologize and even gave us two free chicken sandwiches. From someone that goes out of the way to avoid fast food, this is easily becoming my favorite fast food restaurant. The way they treat their customers is exemplary.

Chick-Fil-A never disappoints, and this was another fabulous occasion. We arrived, and the drive through was slamming, with people wrapped around the whole building. It did not deter the staff that day, and the girl who served us was very pleasant and conversational, yet still quick. Our food came before we even finished paying. Now thats good! I also noticed that the drive through went really quickly despite the line.

Great food, but the staff seems to lack the usual Chick-Fil-A attention to detail. Counter server didnt include enough sauces or a fork for the salad, everyone (except for Greg) just ignored me and another gentleman who came up for a refill. Mouthwash pump empty in bathroom. Cookie was over cooked. Again, Im not complaining; it was great stuff, but not the level of customer service that I expect from a Chick-Fil-A.

Quite disappointed with this particular location. I usually love chick-fil-a because theyre staff is outstanding so I never mind eating there. However, I ordered a salad for take out & knowing how chick-fil-a is I did not mind checking my bag before leaving. I find out after arriving at my work place that they forgot to give me a fork to eat my salad & no dressing as well.

We arrived today for a Daddy-daughter lunch date today. The young man who took our order asked for my name for the order. I asked if they would bring our food to the table and he said yes. I turned around and another young man was standing behind me with our food on a tray waiting for me to select a seat. Amazing!!!! This place is well worth your patronage ... always!

Ive always been a Chick-fil-a fan but this store takes it to another level. The location is always clean and staff courteous and fast. I usually get my food before I get to my seat. Once I finish, staff usually come by to pick-up my tray and offer to refill my lemonade without me having to ask!! This is my "must stop" before or after most of my work travels.

Never have I experienced such nice people and great service from a fast food restaurant! They dont roll theres eyes when you ask for sauce they come up to you and ask if you want more. I got asked by 3 different employees if they could top off my drink for me before I can finish half my meal! Highly recommend coming here the service is almost unbelievable

The service was phenomenal, even if it was a little busy. We told them that we hadnt gotten a couple of things, and they said they had a couple of other orders to fill with drinks like ours, and they were doing it it in the chronological order of the orders. They were honest, quick, and delicious. I highly recommend it.

Not impressed with the cleanlyness of this particular franchise. Everything seemed wet and floors were greasy. The majority of the staff was friendly with the exception of the person taking our order who seemed less then thrilled to be at work. Food was great, unfortunately the other issues outshine that.

I literally only crave Chick-fil-A on Sundays. Its great though - the food is tasty and the staff are friendly. Main reason for 4 instead of 5 is that its situated at a horrible busy intersection. If you have any hope of NOT waiting in line for half an hour, avoid lunch and dinner hours. At all costs.

The nicest people in the world work here. I eat there multiple times per week (I work in the plaza) and every single time the people working there are polite and friendly and actually seem happy to be working! Its awesome. The food is always ALWAYS hot and fresh. 10/10 guys keep up the good work!

This place is outstanding. Service cant be beat, quality of the food is amazing. The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff is unprecedented. They say you want what you cant have, and i always seem to be craving Chick-fil-a on sundays. But they are closed, and i appreciate why they do so.

This isnt an opinion. It is factual information that Chick-Fil-A is the best fast food chain of all time. This location is no exception. The staff, cleanliness, food, and service all far surpass the competition. Theres a reason this place always has a line of cars at the drive-thru.

Food is fantastic & friendly employees, but everytime I order sauce at the speaker its never given. It has happened multiple times... And a lot of people wait in a very long line and dont wouldnt want go back into a long line for sauces.
