I placed an online order. About 20 minutes later, I get a voice mail telling me they are out of pan crust and to call the store. Fine. I call back, am on hold for 15 minutes, when someone finally answers, I am told I was transferred to a call center and they will transfer me back to the store. Fine. 10 minutes later, the actual store answers, I state why I am calling and they then tell me they only have medium pans. Fine. So I say just give me hand tossed. At this point I can hear another employee arguing in the background.. Were out of handtossed, no were not, yes we are..At this point I ask well what do you have lol... Turns out they have hand tossed... but they are out of the apple pies I ordered.. Fine.. just give me a brownie or a cookie.. or whatever you have. After some more back and forth between employees, I say Look, I would just cancel the whole thing if you hadnt already charged my card. I get told No! ,youre order is on its way.. I am currently waiting to see what I actually get.

If i could rate it lower, i would. I called in an order for delivery at 12:15 it is 2:15 and still hasnt arrived. I checked my tracker to see what stage it is at and is in the oven. Coplete wast of time. THe indian people in the general call center that i had to talk to twice just to talk to the store i ordered from sucked too. I hope they have the common curtosy to give me like a discount or something extra, but based on their track record, I doubt it.

Terrible place first they will not let me order online they say because of the address so we call our orders in all the time, tonight they told me they do not deliver to warm springs in Coleman after dark. since when? The manager refused to talk to me and explain why they will not deliver when they always have. will not be eating their anymore. Coleman residents if you live on warm springs they will not deliver to you after dark.

Horrible pizza , ordered spinach On my pizza ( which I ALWAYS DO!!!!) came out cold and uncooked , when calling the manager he told me thats how its done !!! WHAT¿ um no I alway have spinach on my pizza and its never came like that. Instead of saying I apologize for the confusion they mustve made a wrong Or whatever show some better customer service .
