HANDS DOWN THE WORST CHICK-FIL-A I HAVE EVER VISITED!!! IF YOU EXPECT TO GET THE FOOD YOU ORDER AND PAY FOR THROUGH A DRIVE THROUGH THEN DO NOT EAT HERE!!! In general Chick-Fil-A is a great place to eat because they have great food. Unfortunately, good food is about the only thing the location in Boone, NC has going for it. Simple stated, good luck getting what you order through the drive thru. About 50% of the time what I order is either not available or I pay for it and it is left out of the bag which of course I find out about AFTER returning to work or home. If they only messed up my drive thru order once a year or on a very rare occasion I would just blow it off and consider it no big deal. But it is literally every time I go visit the drive thru and I never go inside so I have no idea whether or not the dine-in service is as bad. Perhaps they dont worry about getting the drive thru orders correct because they know you are going to drive off. This review system does not allow you to give less than one star which is a shame because I personally do not believe they even deserve one star.

Love Chick-fil-A, longtime supporter, so when I heard one was opening in Lenoir I was very excited to say the least. This one is a great location and I enjoy going there. As it is new there are a few kinks to be worked out; I feel some of the staff are not as happy/friendly as you usually see at most Chick-fil-A restaurants....this could just be the pressure of the restaurant being new and everyone getting their footing. The only other potentially negative is a couple of pet peeves for me; sauces not making it into the bag at the drive through and handing you drinks that have run over and down the side. These are two things that are easy to fix and demonstrate that you care. Especially messy drinks, no one wants to be driving in a car and handed a dripping drink cup.

My girlfriend and I went to this establishment last week. Now she has some what of a complicated order asking for grilled chicken in the morning. But every where we go they always get it done, this location dosent even offer grilled (defrosted food) until afternoon. So we just left, great location and style, poor results in our Hunt for chicken.

This chik fil a is the only one Ive been to that gives you a bag for your meal that usually is so small it wont even close causing my food to be room temperature by the time I drive home with it. Is chik fil a really hurting that bad for cash it cant use full size bags? I doubt it.

Best fast food service, hands-down. Love their chicken sandwiches, nuggets, waffle fries, surprisingly good breakfast and the people are always helpful and happy. Fast drive-through service too. Great kids nights and activities.

This Chick-fil-a is just as good as the rest of them. They used to have college night every Wednesday where you could get a free chicken sandwich with purchase of fries and a drink. It is hard to beat that deal.

I stop here each year when Im in Boone for the Blue Ridge Relay. The restaurant is always clean and the workers are super helpful. I arrived at closing time this year and they were willing to let me in to order.

Waited 15 minutes and they got it Wrong! I asked for no pickles on my sandwich. I pay $7 for a large combo then bite into a Nasty, Slimy, sour pickle. Not happy!
