Terrible experience. Will not return to this location. We placed an online order that said it would be ready at 3:34. I arrived at 3:35 and they hadnt even started our order. Finally they called the name on our order multiple times and I said that was for me. Got all the way home and it was completely the wrong order. 4 little burgers instead of 2 regular and a smaller fry. I called and told them what happened and they had already realized it. They said to come back and they would have the right order and would adjust the price and he told his manager. I get there and no other customers were there. One guy came up to the register, didnt greet me or anything, and finally I said I had just called in about having the wrong order and he had no idea what I was talking about so I explained and finally someone else walks up with a bag and asks if that was mine. I said yes and they handed me the bag and just stared at me. No apologies no nothing. Then I realize they didnt even remake the order so the fries were soggy and the burgers were cold. I completely understand that mistakes happen and wouldnt have posted a review if they had just apologized for THEIR mistake. They make Five Guys look bad.

WOW! What a surprise. My wife and I hit this place several years ago on the recommendation of my wifes co-worker. At the time we did not have any Five Guys in Canada. We now hit this location of Five Guys every time we go to Sanibel Island. The burgers are fresh, amazing and loaded the way you like them, not miniature cookie-cutter burgers you get at the "top 3" chains - you know, the kind that look huge in a photo but disappointing when you get them. Five Guys burgers are messy, big, juicy. The fry gods would be happy as they use fresh cut, never frozen and they heap them up in the bag to over flowing. OMG - having a saliva build up moment. This location is clean, staff pleasant. Cant wait to go back! 5/5 stars. Phil, Burlington, Ontario, Canada.

It was disgusting. Burgers were made cheaply. If they have good reviews on the wall, those are old. Cheeseburgers are horrible. Cheese tastes literally lime of it is rotten. There was this one girl who worked there, who was African american and had box braids with brown hair with a touch of orange yellowish hair. She seemed to be annoyed with work and everything and she kept rolling her eyes thinking she was too good to work there, and otherwise she never was polite to the custermers she just said your welcome without a smile or anything and otherwise I was observing her and she kept shoving everything in the bag. Find that a annoyed employee. Fire her I recommend. Well, I wont be ever coming there again

In a hurry, so called ahead. Thought this meant faster service. No so, after paying (in line) waited for ages. Discovered they had put my order on top of the fries, even though I had announced my arrival.Its to keep the order warm. Think this system doesnt work. Also need to have half fries order on the menu. Nobody can eat a mountain of fries, and I feel guilty when I throw half away. Five Guys is my favorite (and only) FFR (fast food restaurant ).

Went during lunch rush/hour for a lot of the businesses in the area, not just transient business... fast, friendly service, quality burgers & customer service with attention to everyone I wasnt expecting. Will be back again.

I like that it friendly, fast service, never dry burgers or hotdogs. I like that they give up peanuts while you wait for your food; so you dont stand and wait. I love their French fries they are seasoned and you get a lot.

My local favorite for great hamburgers! Burgers and fries are amazing and the staff is very friendly. Always top themselves with great food and service! If you want a good hamburger, I definitely recommend stopping in!
