We should have known walking in on a Saturday night with there barely being 10 people in there that we should have made a better choice. There were no issues with the wings or chicken that was ordered however one of the people in our party ordered a quesadilla that was brought out with brown, almost black, guacamole. Very unappetizing. Then, to try and make up for it they just took the quesadilla that was already made and just slid everything, including the very underwhelming pico de gallo that it came with, on to another plate with a new scoop of guacamole. After they made it correctly, we thought everything was going to be fine, since like what was mentioned above, the chicken was good. Come to find out they decided to give us celery that looked to be WEEKS old. After going to this establishment for the last 10-15 years, this exact location, it is very unfortunate. From the poor food to it being pretty much dead and then to top it off the waitress began to develope an attitude towards the latter half of the night. Noticeably, the staff was more focused on having a good time than customer service. I think its safe to say we will no longer be dining in at this Hooters or really any other Hooters. Buffalo Wild Wings seems to be the safer choice.

The tail of two visits. I have been here twice in 2 weeks. The first time I was by myself. My drink was never more than half empty. I had the Bacon wrapped wings and they were excellent. This visit my wife and I came after raving how much improved it was over the last time we were here ( several years mind you). This time drank set empty for almost 15 minutes. They were completely out of Bacon Wrapped Wings. So I ordered the original breaded wings. They came out so hard even using both hands I couldnt break the breading. Its so sad to see such a varied level of service and food quality. The waitress did grab the manager and they addressed the situation promptly. Although this was after the server saw I was looking actively around the restaurant for her. I will say I love the new decor. The new bar layout allows the bar tender to service the whole bar with limited traffic. There is no longer a wall separating the bar from the rest the floor and the servers no longer have to go behind the bar to get the food... It may have been a rough visit but its still much improved over the prior Hooters.

I highly recommend not going here amd,go to the one in Newport the wings were fine thank god but they served me brown celery , another person in my party ordered a quesadilla with quac and the guac was brown that person asked to have it remade with no guac and they just moved it to another plate I get it if it was busy but it was a Saturday night dead and to the point the manager after he was done lollygagging with other employees in front of customers had to make it for that person of my party and the waitress had a bad attitude even when I tried to apologize to her and say shes doing fine needless to say nobody got a tip and I will gladly take my business to buffalo wild wings

we tried three times after work with minimum 9 , mostly 12 people ....half of the restaurant was empty ..there where three 12 ppl tables in front ....it took 25 minutes to to get seated ...on a table with space for 7 seats ( 12 people ) we complained about the table size , and we get a table with 9 seats ....to dumb to count . three times almost cold food , two times two couleges where completely forgotten to serve / forget the food completely , one time ( 9 people ) 7 are finished and two still waiting for the food . slow service , completely overwhelmed employes ..... thank god it was only a business trip i and i can avoid to get there again.

Piss poor service on all 3 of the last times weve been here. This place is going downhill like a slalom skier. Continually have to wait for everything from being seated to drinks sitting on thw bar going flat to food as it sits cooling off on the window while the waitresses talk w/ other customers working tips. And the waitresses cant even own up, they refuse to look you in the eye or even say, "Sorry," after getting called out about it. Manager is full of excuses about being understaffed but the place is 1/2 empty. Tired of it, aint coming back again. Rather go to Roosters on the other side of the street. And I LOVE Hooters wings...

This place served me a chicken sandwich that was not suitable for human consumption. It was absolutely disgusting. The manager was real cool about not charging me for it. Hopefully they fix this problem soon. -----------------------Previous comment---I have been to several different Hooters and this one has the best food. I always get the buffalo chicken sandwich. Sometimes the service is a little slow, but then seriously who wants to rush out of a place with attractive women in tight clothes? I also dont mind because I am usually there to watch a game.

Been here a few times but this will be the last. First the food was luke warm. The tomato looked like it had been sitting out all day. The Frys were mush. The manager didnt want to even taste them and then we had to fight to have them taken off. Who wants fried pickles anyway?? I just want some good fries. The was like no hot sauce on my chicken sandwich and my wifes poe boy was cold, stail and just looked like it had been sitting for an hour. If a hooters is not packed on a Saturday then something is wrong.

We waited about 40 minutes for 3 cheeseburgers and one order of fries. This was at about 4 in the afternoon too. There were more waitresses in the restaurant than customers and we still had to wait nearly an hour for our food. The fries were cold and mushy on top of all that. We only saw our waitress twice. When we ordered and when we paid. I would avoid eating here in the future. Maybe try the Hooters in Newport.

Started my Bachelor party at Hooters and All of the staff was very involved and very nice. From the girls on the floor to the cooks in the back! My party had a Blast! A Special Thanks to "Virgin" and "TD" (tall drink) I have been to many other Hooters. Orlando Florida, Nashville, Centerville and Beachmont and this is by far the Best! Mark Miles Morrow, Ohio

Ive visited this location on a few occasions and nothing changes. Their customer service is a complete joke. Twice now in the last month, Ive waited 10+ minutes to talk to a server... my food was sub par at best and the managers dont seem to give a crap about making the customer happy. So, Im done. The Newport location is MUCH better!!!

We had to wait forever for our food... it sat on the counter for over 10 mins while this girl was chit-chatting with her "Sister".... All of a sudden her sister stole a baby from someone and started yell across the resturant.... All I can say is it was a mess!!!! If you want to go to Hooters go to the one in Newport its alot better....
