Some of the food was good. Had to havenpart of the order remade like we originally asked. It took them almost 10 minutes to remake a Mexican pizza without tomatoes. When it was brought out to us she slid it into the table, we thanked her, and she just look d at us and walked away. The girl working the register would only mumble. The music was blaring so loud inside that you couldnt carry on a conversation with the person across the table. The floor was covered in spilled soda and the register girl would occasionally shuffle through the seating area and pretend to sweep until someone would call her back to the front. Not once did she smile, and we were never given our receipt. Not impressed.

Its taco bell fast food. But even FF can be made well and prepared right if staff are trained right and managed well. They have started slipping this year; the food is getting sloppily prepared, and not as good as it was say 6 months ago. I worked FF after school in high school and right after, it was a start, and I still did my job right and did a good job. That does not seem to be the case anymore. But for a quick non-burger option, I would still recommend.

This has got to be my favorite place in Douglas County! Why? Im here at least once or twice a week and this place makes you feel at home and the staff are so incredibly wonderful and my food is always hot and fresh! Thanks to Ms. Brenda, Ms. Kenya and Ms. Norma for all that you do ladies. And to the cleaning guys that are here all I can say is awesome! Cleanest store around!

I was unsure of how to rate this place. My husband and I came here and ordered 2 Chalupas, Nacho bell grande, a soft taco, and a Mexican pizza....that is not what we got. Instead we got 5 steak chalupas, 2 Mexican pizzas, a nacho supreme, and 2 hard tacos. Pretty sure they were all smokin the reefer before we showed up. Not sure if I should be upset or thank them.

They close the inside at different times then whats posted every time I come. The one girl who took orders was rude. She was walking around saying I hate this place over and over. My food was cold and it took them 30 to make my nachos. My friend got a stale taco shell when she asked for a soft taco so they messed up her order up.

Stood in line for 5 minutes with nobody in front of us while employees who would help us , employees playing in bathroom and in grill area , lobby not clean at all, tea was old and the fountain drink tasted more carbonated than it tasted like the drinks. Also almost everyone had a cell phone in hand

So one of my twin daughters is obsessed with the pan pizza so this is where we have to go (nowhere else nearby) each and everytime we come we MUST wait 5-7mins for our order to be prepared, whether she wants 1 pepperoni pan or 2, never ever fails ...

Just terrible! Tried calling to speak to manager regarding my order but they keep the phone off the ringer. Very horrible customer service and quality of food. This location should be shut down or needs a change in management.
