I frequently visit this location due to its close proximity to my home. I wanted to try the new breakfast sandwich, which is priced more than the regular breakfast sandwiches. Unfortunately I could not say that I had a stellar experience this visit because the chicken I received fit on maybe one third of the bagel it was placed on. I dont anticipate that the sandwich will look exactly as it is pictured in store, but this was not even close to resembling that image. I will be sure to post an image of it on here because it was such a disappointment to me. Please note the folks that work there are wonderful, but sometimes I do wonder about the value received for what I paid.

Great place to get attitude, attitude, attitude. Long wait, incompetent, rude manger. The cashier couldnt get my calendar card to work. She got the manager who told me to get out of line, call the number and then get in the back of the line. I said Ive used it 4 times. The cashier even told the manager the cards havent been working on her register all day. Manager rolled her eyes and talk to me like a toddler. So Im eating Wendys. Done with this place.

Mostly wonderful and great service and frequently help me when dine in with refills, taking empty trays when finished, etc. Always very cordial and friendly. My biggest problem lately is I eat salads 3x a week now that Im gluten free and every time I order its a crap shoot on what condiments are in the order! Even when you ask specifically! It is mostly with the drivethru window. Of course all the packs look the same...maybe color code the bins!

Although it was very, very busy at noon, we did not wait but only a few minutes to place our order and the wait for our lunch was a very few min. You have a great, well trained crew on duty inside and the drive thru young people taking orders and sending in, that line was quick. We travel a lot, but never have we seen a Chick FIL A do as well as yours on Hwy. 5, Douglasville, Ga. Lottie Kershaw

Top rated customer service! I was greeted by everyone with a smile, told to have a blessed day, and my order was repeated back to me for accuracy. No one cut me off while I was ordering and my food was fresh. Overall, exceptional experience here. Definitely will be my place of choice for food whenever I return.

Its 9.45 on Wednesday night been sitting in drive thru for 30 minutes. When I got in line there were 5 in front of me and now theres 3. Who ever the team leader is tonight Wednesday April 27 2016 needs more training. I love this place but in the 20 or more years its been here this was a first.

Service and staff were great but my food presentation wasnt. I ordered the chicken. Salad sandwich and it was a perfect circle scoop in the center of the sandwich that had been cut in half(so ALL of the chicken salad was still in a scoop in the middle of the sandwich).

Food and service is great. The parking lot is terrible though, and there is man, whom stinks of cigarettes, who lives at one of the tables in the back. He is there every time I come here. Hes just there for the Wi-Fi apparently.

I always have a pleasant experience at my chick fil A. I just dont like the traffic situation. The parking lot is too congested near the drive thru. Employees are very courteous and helpful.
