Wish you could give half a star but this location had a disrespectful employee at the drive-thru. I tried to order my 5 year old nephew some nuggets after already ordering mine l food and I quote she stated "ughh oh my gosh how much food do they need?". I felt very disrespected and Im very certain the founders of the company would feel ashamed that theyre costumers were being disrespected. I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Learned today to always check your order at a place full of teenage girls who would rather be texting than working. Ordered just nuggets and a medium fry, and the nuggets sucked AND they didnt give me the fries I was charged for. So basically I was ripped off for the price of those fries and since I live so far away it would cost me more gas than its worth to go back. Needless to say Ill never visit this location ever again.

Incredible staff and delicious food! At our last visit we were offered a free sample of the peach milkshake (delicious!!). This Chick Fil A and the one in Dallas do a lot of family fun events including Daddy-daughter date night, pumpkin painting, community and school fundraisers, etc! They are extremely generous and give back to the community! We love our Paulding CFAs!!!

Phenomenal! Only complaint is if you order for your whole family in the drive-thru, they try and stuff everything in one bag and you cant fold it over. It really stinks when the bag falls over and all your fries are all over you car floor. Happens to me everytime...so i have to make sure i have someone with me to hold the bag if we go to this Chick-fil-a.

This is the worst chick fil a Ive ever been to. Ive had to wait 15-20 min in the drive through at 3:00 in the afternoon more than once when the line wasnt very long. Also, on my most recent visit I wasnt given any napkins. Unacceptable in my opinion. I love chick fil a, but I will avoid this location!

Ive never ever had a bad experience at any Chick-fil-A but just about Everytime Ive come to this one something has been wrong with either the service or the meal. Probably the worst one I have ever been too. Dont get me wrong though, it was never bad enough to make me not go back. Just disappointed.

Only 4 stars because the location just up the road in Dallas is, in my opinion, a better experience. Not as much of a crowd as this location. Service however, is not lacking. Chick-fil-A has the best customer service across all industries. No one is better, at least I havent found them.

Very fast delivery. The workers are polite and apologize if they made a mistake. Ive been going to this location for 5 years and have never had a problem. When they were late on giving me my food, they realized it on their own and gave me a free coupon. PLEASE GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

Food, service and location is great!!! I mean, its Chick-fil-A, its to be expected. We usually go through the drive thru and always pay for the meal of the car behind us just to pay it forward. I hope they continue the great customer service and serving hot,fresh and fast food.

Only 3 stars; not for quality of food, but for service. Visited twice, and each time there has been an issue with a simple order. Even using one of the complimentary gift cards that was given to me for the previous fiasco became complicated. I blame this on poor training.

Worst chick fil a Ive ever been to!! Ive gotten food there that was cold! They charged me for food that they forgot to put in my bag multiple times This one lady in the drive thru was very rude she asked me to repeat my order but all she kept saying is "What" "huh"

My husband and I normally go on Saturdays and we have always had good service , good food and they never messed up our order. Breakfast is very happening so theres a long drive thru line but thats to be expected. We normally go in to sit down! Its very clean

The place is amazing. There is wonderful service and terrific food. They have everything from salads to ice cream to chicken. I feel like I am at home at Chick-fil-A. I think everyone in the whole world should try or eat at Chick-fil-A.

Food was actually very tasty. Chicken sandwich had a large piece of chicken and was hot. Chicken tortilla soup was good. All the other meals tasted good. I will go back if I am in the area. It was a little crowded for 8 at night.

Friendly staff is all that saves this location. Most chick fil a are great but this one was so dirty and when i got home all the nuggets where burned till they where almost inedible and the frys had not been salted. Grose

Its chick-fil-a . a main staple for drive through service. They also have a mothers day out you can call ahead and your order is ready - instead of having to keep several little ones together while standing in line.

Sat in drive thru for over 10 minutes. Finally left, unusual for Chikfila... disappointed. This has happened a few times before. Also the play area for kids is outdoors, which in my view was not the best move.

I wish I could post the picture I took of the coffee I just got from this location. There is white stuff floating on the top of the coffee and it has a hair in the cup. Im completely disgusted.

Typical Chick-fil-A food. Facilities are nice. This is one of the slowest Chick-fil-As I have encountered. The parking lot gets congested easily due to to layout and required traffic flow.

Standard Chick-fil-a, employees are always nice, food is good, place is clean. This location stays busy all the time, dont waste your time at the drive-thru, much faster to run inside.

This Chick-fila-A is cramped in a partking lot. The lines are long because its Chick-fil-A. They do their best, but I try to avoid when Im in town.
