I come in here all the time to this location because the other location on the other side of glenway sucks. I just went in tonight and all the people there were so unorganized! There was 2 people in front of me and it took 30 minutes to get through the line! When I first walked in there were 3 teenage girls that didnt work there that were going behind the counter and grabbing stuff. Then hugging everyone behind the counter!!!!! Then when I was asking for a cup of sour cream I had to ask for it 4 times! Everyone ignored me then the kid running the register had to ask twice for it! Im so disappointed, because I truly havent had any problems until now!

Food was good but it was my worst experience at a restaurant ever. Customer service was HORRIBLE. Burrito maker was very rude. No one had on name tags so I cant say who. The employees were very loud almost as if there was a party happening in the back I can almost hear there radio in the back over the music in the front. Not a single table was wiped off to sit at. Girls were in the back talking about "Side Bitches" loud enough for everyone to hear. It just wasnt at all a comfortable environment to enjoy my food with my wife and 1 year old child.

Placed an order online today, I got there and it took them 10 minutes to make it. The lady at the register kept telling me that its on the line, although it was obvious they were swamped and didnt care about my order since I had already paid by that point. I got home, and I had ordered a burrito and a burrito bowl, but they were both burrito bowls. The one was supposed to have carnitas and chicken and I had paid extra for the double meat and they only gave me chicken. Awful experience, will never go back. Do not recommend going there to anyone.

Seems like the quantity of your burritos depends on ethnicity, even when asking for more rice/beans. My last bowl didnt even have the bottom of the bowl covered. Add on top a data breach and my bank cancelling my debit card to prevent additional theft. I wont be visiting Chipotle any time soon. You are a far cry from when you first arrived. Loved it, now you cant pay me to to go be insulted and have my debit card scanned and stolen.

The workers were very rude. Not only was my ordered wrong, but as I was trying to add more they ignored me and preceded to talk to their co-workers the whole time. The drink distillery was also lacking the syrup for drinks. Very disappointed. I always refrain from going to this Chipotle, but I decided to give them one more try. I chose wrong. I dont recommend anyone going this particular Chipotle, aim for a different location.

Awesome during the day they are quick but show up after 7:00pm they are incompetent and the slowest people working they are the only chipotle to have a line wrapped around the store not because they are busy but because it takes 5 minutes to finish one persons order and then having to wait another 2 minutes for the cashier to come back.

Almost every time I come here the line is to the door, service is slow, the utensil area is a mess. most of the tables are dirty and to top it off today the bathroom sink wasnt working. (so who knows who washed there hands going back to work) I guess Ill just go back to going to the Glenn crossing location, which isnt much better.

Fresh food. You can order ahead and go to the front of the line. Larger portions. Friendly service. Modest prices. Great tasting wholesome food. Carryout. A fish bowl to drop your business card into and if they pull yours ouy you win a free meal. Online /phone games for free food.

Dont know if its a corporate thing but this is the worst chipotle Ive been to. Unlike others, they are VERY stingy with the fillings. I understand having strick proportions with the meat, but they rice, beans, and salsa should be given to the customers liking.
