This place is always great. Even though theyre busy, the staff is friendly. I was having a particularly bad day and mumbled at the drive-thru order taker, scowled, and was generally grumpy. They still greeted me in a friendly way, were patient and repeated themselves without aggitation, and somehow, miraculously, with that "my pleasure" response, got a sheepish smile out of me. It really lifted my spirits. I was an angry, grumpy, hungry, tired, cranky bear when I pulled in there. I left sated and calmed. Those chicken strips, waffle fries, & Arnold Palmer were actually all I had to eat all day, and I was fine and had a pretty successful day.

AVOID FOR CATERING: When picking up a catering order, I had to wait for 10 min for the manager (Ryan) to ignore me and do a catering order for someone else who got to a register after me, listen to workers complain about personal problems, and also watch workers secretly text from behind the register. Also, the young man (Javier) who took my order had no idea what I was asking for, asked me for my name 3x even though I had told it to him and spelled it the first 2x, and told me I got no sauce when (1) 8oz sauce already came with the order. Customer service is not a #1 priority at this location.

I love this place! Atmosphere is great. All the people that I have come in contact with, that work there is well spoken & so very polite - how refreshing! The food is amazing & very reasonable! I love the fresh flowers on the table & how clean everything is. Today I observed one of your workers while cleaning off a table, he noticed stuff on the floor & actually wiped it up & then pushed the chairs in place - awesome! I hope the employees are paid a good wage, they certainly earn their pay, they are such good workers! Love everything about this place!

I had a large order for our office. When I arrived I picked up the bag of food. Not knowing what everyone had ordered I didnt know that there should have been drinks too so I just accepted what was given to me. When I got back to the office people were very disappointed. I called the store back and the, what I assumed was the manager, drove out to our office over 10 min away to deliver our drinks and a handful of cards good for free sandwiches. What great service!

I dine in with my son at the Rocky River branch I would like to acknowledge Areana one of the employee who was very helpful when we dine In.she cleaned the table that we picked close to the playroom since my son wanted to play.then while were eating my son accidentally spilled the drink Areana clean it right away and put the caution sign.she is a great employee and regarding the food it was amazing everything were good and delicious

Best place to take the kids. The play area is closed down and cleaned twice a day. Only play area I trust to have my children play in. Love the books in the kids meals and the variety of choices. The food is always fresh and very good. Service is always with a smile and we always leave satisfied. Best fast food restaurant. Love it!

The food was not as good today as it usually is. The fries seemed not throughly cooked and like they had been sitting for awhile. And the chicken nuggets were not very good either. I used to go here all the time and I hadnt been for awhile. Im sure I will not be going back for awhile again after the way the food was.

The employees are usually pretty nice. I always get the spicy chicken sandwich and I like it, but I cant believe they dont melt the cheese onto it. That must just be how they do it, but its weird. Its just a flat slice of cheese on the chicken. Like, seriously, make it a little bit melty, please.

Wasnt really thrilled. I ordered chicken strips and ended up with nuggets. When I brought this up to the cashier , they gave me a new box of strips and let me keep the nuggets. So that was nice. The chicken just doesnt really taste better than what you can get out of a freezer bag though...

Best chicken sandwiches EVER! Perfectly cooked and warm ever single time... Waffle fries and lemonade. Who still makes lemonade? It should be made a national treasure. Excellent customer service for a fast food chain to make you happy youve spent your money there!

I mean, the chickens okay... But youre paying a lot of money for a sandwich that doesnt even include toppings or cheese. Not sure what thats all about but if you dont mind plain chicken and bread and paying full price its great
