First problem was when I came at 10:15 and they were supposed to be open until 11. When I inquired, they said oh were closed. When I told them theyre supposed to be open till 11 the lady said we ran out of chicken. The next time I went, they forgot my biscuits. Since I was in a hurry to get to work I didnt check. Partially my fault. The time after that, I ordered grilled chicken and I got extra crispy. Again it was on my way to work. The last time I went, and I do mean its the last time, the breaded chicken tenders had about a half ounce of chicken and 2 ounces of breading on each one and they were rock hard. Its a shame, cuz its right next to the place I work and I would frequent them twice a week. Something needs to be done about this location.

The girl that regularly works the drive through window is pretty great, prices are good compared to some other fast food places, and there usually isnt anyone I have to wait behind in line. The only issue I have is that the last two times I have ordered sandwiches, the bread seems to be a bit stale. It could be that they are toasting the bun, but I dondont think that is the case.

Service was terrible. The cashier walked away and started stocking without greeting me and the people who I came with. We waited, then the other worker helped someone from the drive through who pulled up way after we arrived. We ended up waiting approximately 10 minutes before being helped. If I could rate this place a zero I would do just that!

Got a chicken sandwich which I waited 8 min in line for,only to go home (5 min away) and the bread was hard & chicken was frozen. So I called and spoke to manager (Glenda) who did really seem to care or say too but do I have a receipt? Thanks before I hung up ,oh sorry about that,like she really did care,2nd and last time I go there

Place is really really dirty, like no one has wiped the counters down all day & its not busy. Garbage under the drive thru that looks to have been there for days. Tables are dirty, waited for 5+ minutes to order while the employees walked past us lol! Not making eye contact. Ahhhh

Had the worst experience.!! Please never opt this KFC. The food was gross and I asked about this issue at lady who is at the register she even pretended that the food was freshly made.But I didnt seem to be. I have thrown my food in the trash and ran out of the store quickly.

We havent been to a KFC in over 2 years let alone this one do to how poor the customer service is. The wait was ridiculous. You would have thought they would have been far more prepared for lunch time. The employees could have had a better attitude. The food was great!

Place is filthy. Bathroom was so dirty I almost didnt even order food but I was on lunch. Surprised in Westlake a chain like this would be so nasty. Ordered a 6 piece strip meal had to practically beg for more than two dipping sauces. Im over KFC

Slow horrible service. The lemonade machines been broken the past two times Ive gone . Both times I got charged additional $.50 for lemonade. They cant manage the drive thru with more than 1 car. Needs better everything.

Par for the course at KFC. Nothing was outstanding, service was decent, and I got my food in a timely manner. Sometimes you just get a craving for some junky food, and KFC was exactly what I was looking for today.

This is honestly the nastiest place I have ever ate in. The bathroom is discussing. The soda machines are nasty with crust and a stickey old food on it. Prisons are cleaner then this place. Ps. Nasty
