KFC is always the fast food place you never really go to cause its never that good. Lately it seems that KFC is trying to redo their image, through their commercials. So I gave this place a try. First of all you walk into this place and it just looks dirty. Employees walking around on there cell phones and talking about how they want to have sex with some girl after they get off work (said clearly for me to hear) with a manager on duty not saying a word to them. I came in around 6 PM on a Saturday with my friends and we approached the counter and were told there was a 15 min wait on chicken. How does a restaurant that serves chicken not have any available to serve? Nothing was done to compensate us for the time we waited to get our food. It tasted just as god awful as it always has. I wouldnt go here even if youre short on cash. Theres clearly some health code violations going on. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Really?? I have no idea how this place gets any business at all, you can walk into any other KFC and not feel like you do in this one, First off its dirty, very dirty, and the on top of that the employees there are a joke, walking around on there cell phones and ignoring customers, i stood at the register for 10 min. while 2 of the employees stood there and texted on there phones and ignored the growing line in the store. on top of that there were employees in the back swearing like there was no tomorrow. I have no idea how you have that many people working there and take SOOO long to get your food. I refuse to go to this one any more. Horrible, where are the area managers for this store, i cant believe this is the way KFC actually runs..

This was a drive-thru order. I ordered a simple 2pc meal with potato/gravy and green beans. Everything went well until I returned to my hotel. I did not receive utensils or napkins. The sides were not fresh. They were not busy so why not give 100% customer service? Fortunately the front desk at my hotel was kind enough to provide utensils for my meal. Going by the other reviews I read for this store, they need an overhaul PRONTO!!!

Not often here but this was the worse. Famous bowl meal. Meat hard old, cookie hard, stale, son fruit punch could not drink..my ice tea had no ice and not much cold. I think health department needs to pay a visit. Smdh. Pathetic. When it comes to food business it must be right every time or your pretty much dead and any owner, mamager and employee should be banned from the food business.

Ran out of drumsticks but replaced with a thigh; so no complaints here. Staff was friendly and smiling. We watched a great interaction with the woman behind the counter and a little girl in front of it; you could tell she has children. Was pleasant to see. Food was super fresh and hit the spot for our lunch today. Great work!

Sucking it! I told the girl 3 times potato wedges and she puts in mashed... Then she was obnoxious with me saying I said mashed, and the cust behind me even vouched for me. Also u always have a 20 min wait every time I go there to get chicken, that manager should b fired for the crappy service.

A new low for service. When I went in there were 2 people in line. I left 20 minutes later and there were 10 people in line and cars backed up 8 deep. Some of the people in line had been in the drive thru but their order were wrong. KFC still has the best chicken but the worst staff.

Worst KFC on the planet. They only make enough chicken to HOPEFULLY last all day. It doesnt, therefore they always tell you they are out of chicken. The employees, managers included, are rude and ignorant. They couldnt give me free food to come back. Theyd only screw that order up too.

Worst kfc Ive been to in my life . Workers are rude . Didnt get no spoons. My cookie was harder then their chairs . Didnt get a life or a straw . They filled my mashed potatoes not even 1/4 of the way. And put 3/4ths gravy. Chicken bowl was only half way filled .

After I had a bad experience at a different kfc, I came to this one. Great service, were super nice, and food came out super fast. Really happy I came to this location over the one by my house.
