Pulled up to drive thru ( two different nights and times) 9:50 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. was told very rudely were closed and had window slammed in face. This was after we tried to get in the lobby and it was locked. We were ignored. The lobby is supposed to be open until 10:00. Pulled into the Circle K next door and a couple of employees from Popeye came in for blunts. Being far from stupid it was obvious the blunts were not bought to smoke the tobacco. We sat in the Circle K parking lot eating the snacks we bought there. We observed an employee come out a few times to different vehicles with bags of food and receive payment and put the money in her pocket. But hold on the restaurant has been closed for 20 minutes. Looks and sounds like someone is stealing from the company. Think next time we go by there Ill video it and send it to corporate. Seems bad attitudes arent the only problem at this Popeyes.

I cant imagine how difficult it could be to be employed by a fast food establishment. I assume it has the minimum requirements; How such supposedly grown people Cant read a board and prepare a Simple placed, Pay for order. However, these people dont want others to treat them on a poverty level. But, Popeyes employees are Not great spokesman for the franchise that employees them & unfortunately pay. If one is Not prepared to preform Their Paid Work duty/responsibility; Why Not do the world a HUGE favor & STAY HOME! No one wants to just give away their hard earned money because grown kids milking their employers clock. This location is pretty much a waste of time & money. However, the choice is yours.

This is by far one of the worse Popeyes in Ocala, and they JUST OPENED! For starters, I always get cold food, cold fries, hard biscuits. Every time I order spicy chicken, I get mild. When I ask for ranch dipping sauce, woman in drive thru made a big ordeal about it, and I had to pay 25 cents for it. When I ask for other condiments I get attitude; which I dont understand, if you hate your job CHANGE IT! I dont know how these folks get hired, and look at the type of service they provide. If I pay 19.99 for a family meal, one ranch dipping sauce shouldnt be an issue. Please get it together

The staff was rude. The lady in the drive thru, was very very rude. She kept cutting me off when talking. She refused to give us extra sauce. Both me and my boyfriend wanted ranch and she refused to give us it. She said we get a sauce every chicken tender(which makes no sense at all because if that was the rule we would of had 5 sauces and not 1). And even when she refused, she was rude about it almost as if she was bitching at us. I would hate my job too if I worked there all my life lol but still. You should be nice to customers at least. Never coming here again. WORST service ever.

Very Rude woman in the drive through on June 22, 2017 at 9:50 pm. She was interrupting me in the middle of my order rushing me because it was almost closing time. I got frustrated and just canceled the order and went across the street to Zaxbys and received great service. Everyone dont waste your time. Just go to Zaxbys where you will get more respect and treated right.

My experience of this restaurant being a customer and employee was pretty smooth..but on half of some of the employees its all about teamwork,so as part of the team the manager of the shift is the boss....if ur manager isnt magaing or makes u feel bullied in your workplace ,then that takes affect on your emotions and facial expressions and ect..

First off I waited to order for about 5 min then I went to the window to order , an employee looked at me and kept doing what she Was doing & ended up waiting another 5 mins to get NO service!! Yall need better customer service!!

Waited in drive thru line for over 20 minutes. Got tired of waiting. Went to taco bell across the street and ordered. Within 60 seconds had food in my hand. Still saw same cars waiting in line after pulling out of taco bell.

Took 15 minutes to cook our chicken. This restaurant exists for one purpose: cook chicken. When you cant even do that right, find something else to do. I recommend you find somewhere else to eat.
