If you are a minority DO NOT EAT HERE. The owners are rude refused to answer my sons questions after asking the owner 5 times one of the customers finally told her excuse me hes asking you a questions she still didnt answer as if we werent even there. Then I ask for a refund of my food because I refuse to give my money to someone so arrogant and rude her husbands starts threatening us using fowl language towards my kids and myself. When I called security they tell me I am not the first person to complain about them and they own many of the Asian places in the food court and tons of people get sick from there food. So what ever you do dont eat at Chicken Now or at the Asian restaurants in the Food Court in The Prime on International Drive. Five guys is your best bet and the treat people with great customers service.

They got my order wrong 3 times and tried to charge me extra for it after having to fix it. Then I had ordered a salad dressing and they took 5 minutes to get it from the back (I was the only customer they had). I was scared they may have spat in it due to me having to continually ask them to give me what I ordered, so I didnt even use it. They dont care about customer service and the food isnt even that great. I usually dont review places but I just had to let people know about the bad service I got here.

The 6 chicken tender meal is actually 2 chicken tenders cut into thirds... For $14!! Absolute worst tourist trap excuse for a restaurant ever! Oh, and they have about 8 signs saying they cook it fresh made to order, yet there was NO-ONE waiting for food or to order and my tenders and fries came out in less than 30 seconds. I got a refund. Horrible place.

The manager here is rude. He acted as if my money was nasty and he was a little stand offish - seemed as his he had a bad day so I asked him and he put a fake smile and said no .. didnt like his customer service at all. Shows why ppl are saying on here the team is rude too..

This place is a rip off.will never eat here again. The guy at the counter told me when I confronted him about the chicken doesnt look like the one on the picture he said those were corporate pictures. WHAT A JOKE! You all should be shut down.

Chicken Now serves chicken tenders that they cut in half and try to pass off as 4 pcs. In reality its 2. They claim their food is fresh made to order but my order was ready in 30 seconds. Stay far away from this tourist trap of a restaurant.
