I really dont know why Im even writing this review. Who the hell has ever thought to themselves "we should look up the quality of this Taco Bell before we stuff our faces with cheap Mexican knock off cuisine?" The answer is no one. No one has ever said that. Anyways if you actually care its a Taco Bell with the same addictive crack like qualities all fast-food restaurants have. They take a little long in the drive through late at night but if you really care about spending an extra 10 minutes in like to get burritos at 1 AM I recommend you take a good long look in the mirror and think about what really matters in life.

Las three times Ive gone on my lunch break my order has been messed up or the line is backed up out on the road due to no beef and a 30+ min wait. How does a fast food taco place run out of something that is 95% of there menu?? I would think that if you know weekends in the evening/ late night are the busiest you would make sure to have enough beef cooked up or at least start cooking more before you run out... Seems like poor management, not sure if Ill be back..

Everyone At this Taco Bell location should be fired I always have to go back through the drive though sometimes twice! Ridiculous how little they care about your order. i dont know why I gave this location another chance it ruins my day every time I come here plus theyre rude about it when you come back through drive through. Really hope a manager or someone at Taco Bell reads this because the Painesville location needs a re-staffed

Came through the drive thru last night and didnt get what I paid for. Called up and explained the situation and got nothing but attitude from the guy. When I asked for his name, he claimed he "cant hear me". I then asked him a question and he answered it, so he could, in fact, here me. Asked for his name again and he hung up. Called two more times from a different phone and got no answer whatsoever. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Im addicted to the Cinnabon delight bites so I sent my boyfriend up there to pick me up some! There fryer was down. I didnt believe my boyfriend when he told me so I called up to verify and the manager was nice and apologized for it being down! He offered me a free 12 pack for the inconvenience! Very nice of him to do that! This is my favorite taco hell!

It really depends on whos working. 90% of the staff Ive encountered are friendly and great, but there was one guy there who flat out lied to me, and told me I couldnt split payments ( between me and my friend). Which is untrue as you can do this everywhere even the other taco bell down 20.

Ok SO EVEN THOUGH EVERY TIME I COME HERE MY ORDER IS ALWAYS MESSED UP BUT IF I CALL OR COME BACK THOUGH THEY ALWAYS MAKE SURE THEY APOLOGIZE AND TRY TO MAKE SURE I AM SATISFIED I JUST THINK ITS A LIL BETTER THAN BEFORE BUT IN TIME THEY WILL GET IT DOWN I DO HAVE FAITH

I drive a tiny bit farther to go to this Taco Bell as opposed to the one in Mentor which I think is of poorer quality. It is predictably good and we are treated well. My fives are reserved for those places where folks go above and beyond, which this is not.

The customer service and freshness of food at this location is always great, but my last three visits started with "Im sorry but we are currently out of..."... Ground beef twice, and cheese the third time. This is taco Bell how does this happen?

just left there Sunday evening at 9:45 on March 5th and it was great. The nice young lady taking our order was so nice and pleasant and the young man helping her was top notch as well ! Great people with great attitudes !!!
