So disappointed in Burger King. Well, I was never a fan of their food but my daughter loves coming here to play on the playground. This restaurant is beyond dirty; its trifling! •Flies everywhere but mainly in the kitchen area (what if they were landing on our fries & onion rings) •The entire ground was sticky including the playroom. •The floors were black which indicated who filthy the floors were. •My daughter had on clean socks out the dryer and 2 minutes of her playing on the playground the were filthy was well. •The tables and seat were not properly wipes down. •There were fingerprints and kids slob all over the doors, mirrors and windows. •The womens bathroom needed so attention; from toilets, to all doors, to sink, to trash, to diaper changer... Id hate to see what the mens room looked like *eww •The pop dispenser had germs written all over it; fingerprints, grease, and whatever was on. As a mother of a child that plays and eats here I am truly disgusted! Burger King needs to do better! Clean it up!

I rarely do this, so let me explain, Ive been here several times to use the restroom but tonight I went in to try their new Dr. Pepper shake. Well the manager on Duty was at the cashier and the guy did not know how to do a cash and card transaction, I paid them $2 in cash, and was gonna put the rest on my card. Well he screwed up and waited to long, and then, the repicet came out and I was given my shake after he told the poor black girl in a real disgusting voice that I had paid two dollars and close enough. I was given horrible service.

I have never had as many sub-par sandwiches (missing ingredients/sloppy careless preparation), and as many completely messed up orders at any fast food location as I have at this one. The one time I actually went back to request a refund because my meal was messed up so badly, I was given a very hard time. After about a dozen visits with a majority of them being lackluster experiences, I now stay away from this location.

This place is horrible you can tell the people working there dont want to be there. When they tell you to give them a min it actually means 10 mins of sitting in the drive thru with 8 people behind waiting for service they are the slowest fast food place i have ever been!!!!

Open late for the days you are running behind. Food is ok but nothing to get excited about. If you can remember to bring coupons, you can save some money here and fill your tummy. I only go through the drive thru because the dining room is old and not too appealing.

I have been here on 5 occasions over the last year, and each time I have had bad service or an order error. Im wrong every time I decide to give this place another chance. I really enjoy Burger King, however I will not ever attended this particular Burger King again.

Mostly go to the drive thru, but overall the service feels underwhelming and univiting most of time. Most of the staff seem completely unenthusiastic and dont really even greet you or smile. The food is alright though, if made a bit sloppy sometimes.

Worst service ever!!! This Burger King sucks.. you ask for cheese and you dont get it.. but get charged for it.. they always forget something in your bag.. then you sit there and wait and there like what did you order??

Not a bad place if you are into standing at the counter not being tended to for five minutes then proceeding to grab a seat on a nostalgic pleather bench from the 80s covered in an eclectic mix of gross.

The chicken nugget special are not as crispy as other BKs Ive visited. They are quick to serve you and efficient with ample parking and never crowded. Kids can play in the play area safely.

I always have a problem with this location. Wrong food in bag, or sandwich order wrong (ex. Whopper no tomatoes... Has tomatoes on it). Never get my zesty sauce.
