Servers were great. Cooks took a long time. I swear they did one table at a time. Once that table order was done and served. They started the next order. Took our drinks 5 mins. The food 1 hour, no sarcasm . For a fast hamburger joint. The word fast is missing. The server apologized. We told her we can see where the problem was (in the cooks). The food was still good, and correctly ordered. Sad, but we will not be back. Observed a lot of people leaving, because they were tired of waiting to long. We tipped the server well. Hopefully they dont have to share their tips with the cooks.

As far as fast food goes, this place is pretty good. I have tried most of the entree items and havent been disappointed yet. The grilled chicken salad is a favorite and you wouldnt likely believe a "burger joint" would do that well, but they do. While there has been a bit of turnover with the staff, there hasnt been any problem with service. I wouldnt hesitate to refer someone here, provided they were looking for this type of menu. I should note that the AC is always blowing here, even on the cold days. Great on warm days, but makes me want their chili when it gets cold out.

As I sot here in the resturant 7:00pm on a Friday night I totally understand why there is next to no one in here and watched one couple walk out the door. 1 waitress working two cooks and three families awaiting thier food. The problem ia the waitress has not been seen in 15 minutes. The cooks are only cooking one table at a time. The waitress had to ask me if i wanted silver ware and the only brought one for my family of four. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The food might be god but after the frusteration of waiting for my food I dont even want to eat.

Food was good, server was extremely friendly and polite. Considering we were the only ones in the restaurant when we arrived it took qua while for food to come out. Food tasted good, and an ok value. During visit storm took out credit card machine, and waitress let us know before bringing us the check that they could still do credit however it would take a few extra minutes to process. This was good customer service for us, since we have a not quite 2 year old with us.

Food was awesome great customer service food was cooked and served on time this place is the best I took my daughter and my wife there for the first time april 6, 2017 and they loved it also. We will be back best burgers that I have ever tasted in my life I give this place 5 stars any day great food and customer service

Not a typical Johnny Rockets. This one is attached to a bowling alley and lacks the 1950s/60s feeling of other locations in Winter Park, Orlando, etc. It felt more like I was at Dennys. The only restroom is in the bowling alley, not in the restaurant. Strange...

The milk shakes were awesome but the burger tasted like a frozen Patty, not very tasty at all. We did enjoy the onion rings.
