The drivers of this particular establishment routinely make a left hand turn going the wrong way down a one way street while texting or screwing with their GPS just to cut through a one way parking lot going the wrong way as well. I as well as a number of my friends frequent a number of the shops in the building next door as well as Pizza Hut. We tell the drivers all the time that they shouldnt be doing that (WHEN they hit someone doing all these illegal actions you guys are screwed) well a woman who claimed she wasnt even a manager came out obviously already intent on screaming at people who...well used to be customers...Using disgusting language and spitting on people as she has what could be described as a "moment" came over saying were "harassing her drivers" for simply telling them their actions are a liability. I showed her the one way signs which I guess she couldnt handle and started throwing expletives and just being an over all disgusting person. The 15 or so of us that all hang out on Fridays will be taking our money elsewhere from now on instead of patronizing Pizza Hut. I will be filing complaint with corporate about this womans absolute disgusting behavior that is all on video as well as the repeated action of going the wrong way down a one way twice just so they dont have to sit at a light like everyone else.

Because all I ever do is work I barely have time to make a meal. So I dont really order from pizza hut. While I was sleeping my husband ordered food from the $5 menu. We ordered the cheese pizza with the garlic parmesan crust and some burning hot boneless wings. Well the wings was not fully cooked and my pizza was cold by the time it got to me. So when they opened the next day my husband called n complained. I was offered a refund or a remake. As someone who works in the food industry I gave them the benefit of the doubt n took the remake. My remake was fine. 3 days ago I had to work late so I figured Id order food for my husband while I was on my brake. I ordered 2 cheese pizza with garlic parmesan crust 1 garlic parmesan boneless wings and one sweet teriyaki boneless wings. Well once again my wings werent fully cooked and my pizza wasnt fully cooked nor had the garlic parmesan crust. My husband once again called n complained and this time I was only offered 10 of the 30 dollars I paid for of a remake... I called them over 2 hours ago and they told me 20 mins... Now there closed and my food is still not here... Worst service ive ever dealt with. I will not be ordering from here again.

UPDATE: 58 min after our promised time of "10 min" the 4 pizzas we ordered were very disappointing. Meatballs just mooshed in your mouth and had a paste texture, it seemed the more toppings we ordered the LESS we received on the crust. Original Post: Food is NOT "ok" - service is seriously lacking. Ordered promos from email online for a carry out order. We were messaged back that they were out of "Hand Tossed" dough - REALLY!?! Fine - changed to Thin Crust and was told they would be ready in 10 minutes................................................................................ 45 minutes later still waiting at the pick-up window. There was a reason we switched pizzerias years ago.

When I get pizza here either delivered or pick-up, its the best! Out of the many years Ive ordered pizza here has it been very bad. Cinnamon Sticks crushed, cinnamon sauce all over the pizza, cheese half on the pizza, like the box was dropped on its side or something. It was only one incident out of the hundred times Ive ordered here. The food is great! A majority of the time, their customer service is polite and courteous. Other than that, I would recommend this place over other Pizza places in Deltona, because I have been to each and every one, because I thoroughly love pizza! Hope this review helps anyone in the near future. Dont let the three stars fool you, this place is great!

The service was horrible first I asked them to call me when they were about to arrive . I also asked them not to pull into the driveway so they dont wake up anyone in my Home instead they pull into the driveway anyways and dont even call me the pizza was cold the breadsticks were like popsicles pizza tasted stale and when I called to complain they had an attitude with me on the phone they said they would transfer me to the complaint center but I was on hold for over 15 minutes

Keep getting the call center and they say they dont deliver in my area when I order from this particular store every time I am seriously about done with Pizza Hut I had to drive down here today and basically waste between phone time driving and getting around 35 to 40 minutes because I couldnt get a delivery because of the stupid ignorant people at the call center

Always order from here continuously. Driver showed up today asking me for proof of credit card. My wife placed the order and ran to Walgreens and she placed the order and had to turn away the driver because the food was paid for but the card was not present. Im a law enforcement officer with no need to lie about payment. Will not be ordering from here again.

I order a stuf beacon and cheese crust pizza and when I got home all I got was a regular pizza with only cheese on the crust and when I call the store they just told me that they are out of beacon crust and they can not do anything about it because what I get was actually more expensive of what I order! Horrible experience Ill never come back!

So I ordered my pizza and wings at 8.25 and by 10.56 I have not received or heard anything so I called. According to Victoria l, at 10.08 "RN" cancelled the order and never called me or emailed me. Real f****** nice Pizza Hut. This will be going farther than just google reviews too. I could go on about the frustration I have right now.

The food is great, always is. Bit then again its hard to ruin box food. The service Aust the counter is awesome, the phone is urgent and anxious, quite unpleasant. The deals they have online arent offered by phone. The delivery charge is ridiculous and unwarranted, especially with piece of the pizza.

Tried to get Buffalo Wings on a Wednesday night took 4 tries for them to deliver the Buffalo Wings to me kept giving me the wrong wings so I had to come to the Pizza Hut to get the right wings terrible #just cooked the chicken yourself

I found a blonde piece of hair in my pizza... I have black hair. Other than that the pizza was alright, but it didnt have the butter garlic crust I ordered and the breadsticks were cold. Dominos is better.

I am just thrilled with the pizza and the delivery boys, they are just the cutest. My life partner and I always invite the one that dyes his hair in but he never wants to cum:)
