I was to meet my wife for lunch. I came in and saw that she was in line. There were a few couples behind her. I look around and see theres plenty of room. 3 employees were "chatting" at the greeters station. One left for the register to cash some folks out and the other two continued to chat. I asked how long she had been waiting. 10-15 minutes was all. Well, you know what? Dont bother with continuing your non work related conversation to seat us folks. 10-15 minutes is nothing. It was your attitudes. Its happened before. I have no time for you if you have no time for me. Saxon Blvd is filled with places that welcome and seat with enthusiasm. Perkins, Dennys, Lelos, Steak and Shake, Sonnys. To be clear, today is the straw that broke the camels back. Manager!!!!!! Do you care? Were sad because you do have good food. Well be sure to not be an inconvenience from here on out.

Has taken me and my family about 8 years to finally step into Bob Evans. Being in our early 40s we have pulled into the parking lot many of times. My kids always said the place looks full of grandparents and we are just to young to go there. One day a few months again we took the plunge and went! What a surprise for sure! Good what seems like home cooked food! We had a blast! A few words of advice tho.....some of the waitresses seemed a little disconnected at times. Get that together and u would have a total 5 stars for sure! We have went to this place twice now and have also advised a few others of the place.....

Pretty average Bob Evans. Good comfort food for a decent price. We went here with a group of 10 of us, and Im not sure if the server was new or not but he did seem a little flustered with a large group. Half of our order came out a few minutes before the other half the table got anything. Refills were done in a decent time and everything tasted good. It was a pretty standard brunch. Nothing bad but nothing spectacular either. Super easy to get in and out of off. Highway as well.

Always amazing. The food is delicious, SO good that I havent tried everything on the menu because every thing I try becomes a favorite. I have a growing list of favorites and they slow down my process of trying new things. The best part is the staff on Tuesday and Saturday nights. Im sure the staff is wonderful, no matter what time you go, but compared to other dining options in town, the service us NO COMPARISON! Keep it up, Bobs best.

First time ever at a Bob Evans tonight, must say the Sirloin steak was one of the best if not the best steak, I have ever had! Cooked at medium, explosive taste and texture it was a perfect 10! I eat at many steak restaurants that cost a lot more all the time and this was just so much Better and the price Oh yes! Will definitely be going back!!!

Terrible service from the beginning. The waitress forgot my drink choice - there were only two of us! Free refills? After requesting a refill, I had to ask AGAIN before the request was honored. Then... the waitress never checked back. Not only that, but a different waitress brought the check even though the original waitress Justine was nearby.

Waited about 15 mins in the lobby. Got skipped over, then after being seated we waited another 15 mins and no one ever came over. So we left. Not one person tried to stop us or ask why we were leaving. Very sad. My husband works in the restaurant business. This is definitely not how people should be treated when they go out for dinner.

Food was cold potatoes were hard and undercooked when we spoke to the waiter he said we could get some lighter potatoes they would be cooked better ?? Seems to me lighter would be cooked less but anyways the second potatoes were harder thanks the first but at least they were warm but everything else was stone cold

Has gone completely down hill. Servers act like its an inconvenience to come to the table, take your order, etc. Complain to management, does nothing. Used to be my favorite place for country fried steak...... Looking for alternative. Its all about the experience and it certainly isnt worth my earned dime.

Food was good.. are server was the worst I have had in a long time. Made me not want to go back anytime soon i will chose els where with better service. Made the meal less enjoyable and I wont even make a list of what was bad about the service because it would be to long .. a bummer really .. disapointed.

ordered my free stack of hot cakes at orange city fl. i had to send them back because they werent cooked all the way through. when i got the new stack again they werent fully cooked. service was just so so even though there were very few customers.

French toast was worst ever! 3 pieces of thin white bread w/cinnamon and hardly any egg in it. Cost was high and came w/ nothing else! Husband had great "Rise and Shine" however. Ill stick w/ that next time.

Went here for Sunday breakfast. Food was decent but not as good as a home cooked Southern breakfast. There was about a 30 minute wait as well. Not bad but not my favorite either. Wait staff was friendly.

Service is horrible. Food sits in window getting cold. The woman that cleans tables during the morning doesnt know how to clean . Waitress doesnt follow up to make sure that everything is fine.
