This has to do with ravenna ohios taco bells hiring a friend of mine had a interview and they told her to come back next day for a second. Interview and the one manager. Didnt tell the other manager. She was coming he wasnt even there went 30 mile Round tripsfor nothing . Drove there 3rd time for interview. And all she got was is we might call you very unprofessional. Business 90 miles all together for nothing

This is the worst taco bell in the area hands down. I cant believe it has a decent rating. Your food will be made by a college kid who is just waiting to become the CEO of their own mind and doesnt give a sh about this job. Consistently bad, gave it many chances since I lived in Kent for a decade. Could also be bad management, not sure. Long Johns is also one of the worst.

Everyone was great this morning! Its always nice when the store isnt very busy so the employees have time to interact with the customer. I know its not a lot, but seeing workers have time to show personality makes all the difference in the world. I feel like Im not ordering food from a depressed taco making robot haha Food was great and came out quickly too of course

When someone ordered an item a worker said "we cant make that we are too busy". Thats no excuse. The place is also trashed. The floors look like they havent been swept in weeks. They were extremely busy when I was there but that was not from just a few hours of working. That had been there for days

Most of the time my orders are great. My last visit, not so much. It looked like they threw the ingredients for my power bowl in and shook it up, plus I asked for no cheese (allergy) and there was some in there. I had to take it back. So, check your orders before you leave.
