Did not like the owners attitude towards myself and my friends. We were 8 Volusia County School Bus drivers out for a relaxing evening after a week of transporting children to and from school. Four members of our party were served their meal at least 30 minutes prior to the rest of us being served. They had their meal completed even before we were served our meal. One of our pizzas was semi burnt and totally dried out as though it had sat for hours before being served. We did lodge a compliant with our waitress and the owner did not acknowledge us in any way. However as we were about to leave the owner just happened to be standing by the exit door. At that time we showed him the dried out pizza and the response we received from the OWNER was shocking. He stated that the pizza look good to him and proceeds to say I have the best pizza in Deltona.He then added very cold and hostile, you people always have something to complain about and continued with additional hostile, negative downright nasty comments to myself and my friends. The worst thing was he said those things to us right in the middle of a packed restaurant causing us to feel shamed and embarrassed. Certainly not a response one would expect from the owner of the establishment. Needless to say, myself and my friends will never again eat at his restaurant and certainly discourage any one else in doing so. He may serve a good pizza but he sure does not have respect for his customers.

I ordered food and was charged an outrageous price but I decided to proceed with the order. After waiting more than an hour, I got a phone call stating that I had to pay a delivery charge because I live more than 7 miles away. I live 6.24 miles from the restaurant. I ordered from this place previously and I got twice as much food for the same price less the "delivery fee." When I began to question why the fee wasnt mentioned at the time the order was placed, the manager said in the background, "just hang up, I dont have time to deal with this all day." He didnt even have the dignity to talk to me. I felt like I was being forced into paying for a tip for LATE pizza. Ridiculous!! I will never bring them my business. PS, my typical weekly pizza order for the children is more than $50 per order. Ill be sure to pass on my dissatisfaction to my friends and family.

I ordered a large Philly with extra meat and extra chz. After taking over an hour to get to me it tasted like straight GARLIC. GARLIC BUTTER, AND MINCED GARLIC. I spoke to the OWNER regarding this issue .... she informs me that shes "sorry" but she WONT be refuding me my money. Something I didnt ask for...... I asked for a Philly without GARLIC. Now even though I still have the uneaten GARLIC sandwich. She refuses to do anything to cure this issue. Her reason being because I didnt call them that night. Now it was too late by the time they delivered it to call. They were now closed!!! I wont be returning. Waste of money, nasty food, and absolutely TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I used to order from here often and it was good , but now they have just lost my business. They mess up my order every time. The last THREE times the pizza i received (delivery) was not what i ordered. Not only that but when you call the manager doesnt do anything about it to compensate for the inconvenience at all. Instead the owner argued w me saying if they give a credit they will lose business bc they are not pizza hut as they are family owned and they will lose money. Well guess what ...i think they will lose business faster messing up orders AND having that type of attitude as an owner of a business.

The pizza is big, the flavor is unmatched, and destroys Fast food pizza by miles. Down the road there is also Monsters Pizza, and though the price is better there, the quality isnt. Italianos Ny Pizza is more authentic to what NY pizza is, and although they may have taken some freedom in some pizza selections, your typical cheese pizza is fantastic. The 4 cheese one is very good - with no tomatoe sauce in sight on it, its still incredible. Calzones are good too. The only real downside it the place is tiny, so defiantly made for take out.

Will never go there again we had to wait a hour for our food and no body was in the dining room and when we got our pizza it was cold and our friends pizza was burnt and cold and when we dare to speak to the owner he did not come out until we were ready to leave and he still did not come over to talk to us when we show them the pizza he said it wasnt burnt he was really snotty and mean to us so I dont think thats a way to treat your customers so I will never go back to there and I dont recommend this place to anybody

I worked there not worth the stress. Food is good but not worth the prices. Unfortunately management is horrible. The owner drinks alot and constantly smells like alcohol, he has a temper with not only employees but customers as well. Was paying under table cash at 7.50 an hour which is like 9.00$ without taxes and so once he went on the books he only upped people to 8.10$ an hour. Many employees have left and were not paid their proper amounts.

Amazingly good NY pizza and Italian, and lucky for us, just a mile from home! Wonderful service by Pinky (and her mom) who treated us well on our first visit. Wish our son could have experienced it, but I know our daughter will love it when she comes to visit. Some of the best wings Ive had in ages! Eggplant Parm was superb, and of course, the garlic knots started things off well. The cannoli? The real deal. Check this place out asap.

Stromboli. Done Right! Some places make these tiny little excuses and pretty much make a pizza folded over... no, Italianos does stromboli right. Large is LARGE (like about two feet long). The cheese is all over the place in there and nice and stretchy. They put marinara sauce on the side, as is the correct way to offer it. If you are a stromboli lover, THIS is the place around here to get it from. - Stromboli Lovers Unite!

On 4/15/16 @ 5 PM, Purchased an 18 inch mushroom and ground beef pizza to go. Pizza was reasonably priced but got it home to find the bottom was burned and of course the pizza tasted burned throughout. The toppings also did not taste very well (old or something). I must say that was the worst pizza Ive tasted had to date. Im tired of the major chains. Now will not trust the locals. Will have to settle for making my own.

I dont know how anyone would say that this small pizza establishment is outrageous. 1. they have excellent prices 2. very kind on the phone and on delivery 3. their prices are very low 4. and I never had a charge for delivery ( I live about 2 miles away) 5. I know they have the best pizza in all of florida. 6. its a pizza place,not own by investor that used our 401k and others to appeal 7. very clean*****
