Back to pickup 6 pc of chicken to replace from last evenings drive thru visit. Got home and chicken was too hard to bite into. Was not aware of the 3 pc Wed special was whatever pc you choose. Thought it was leg, thigh, wing. Reviewed two breast pc cut in half for 4 of my pieces, too hard to bite into, and extremely dry! Advised today you must specify pieces, and yes, they have two breast pcs, one considered rib pc and other center breast pc... I guess its the time of day...

Chicken was ok. Not the meatiest chicken around. We had mashed potatoes and cole slaw as sides. Those too were ok but not great. The local KFC is usually better that this location. The staff was friendly.

My first time there and also new to painsville if all people were like the guy and his 2 helpers who took my order where as nice and good as all of them I made the right move by going there...thanks Mr chicken

I wish there was an option for 0 stars..... Absolutely horrible service, horrible food, they overcharged me and came up with some excuse. Like, my kid is sitting here telling me his food is too hard to chew.
