Absolutely terrible customer service from this KFC. Ive rarely been so offended. The drive-thru attendant shouted at us when we werent ready to order straight away (we were looking at the menu board to decide what we wanted). After she shouted the third time, we drove off, called in a complaint, and returned. My girlfriend confronted the shift leader, who blamed the company for the fact that she (she was the one wearing the headset) had shouted at us, then proceeded to mock my girlfriends place of employment (she was wearing her assistant managers shirt at the time). Never in my life have I been more disappointed with the performance of a fast food company. This is disgusting and needs to be dealt with before we will return to this KFC!

The only thing is they should change the sing they have on tbe door for their opening n close hours. And if they were close they should close the doors and dont let anybody in yo tell them we are close but we can get ur order. And not to b rude when i did told them about the sing telling me ( ah everybody from around here knows we close at 9 guess what am not from around there.. Rude rude rude....! )

I usually dont eat fast food and I was reminded why. I just went through the drive thru, waited 20 minutes in line (because the was blocked in) and when I finally could order I was told to hold on while I heard two employees busted jokes and laughed obnoxiously for 6 more minutes over the intercom. When I finally received my food the employee looked higher than a kite.

Waited at the counter for someone to take my order. 2 people in a booth and nobody else in line. It was just after 1pm on a Tuesday so not during the busy lunch hour. I gave up and went to Arbys after 5-7 minutes. The service sucks- never even acknowledged me but they all saw me waiting. Arbys was quick and delicious, btw

Chicken Good, Sides Good. Attention to detail lacking at this store for example biscuits but no butter. We had to take a regular recipe breast when we ordered extra crispy because they didnt have enough chicken up at 6:30 P.M.
