HORRIBLE!!! Rude to customers! I ordered a crispy 20 piece bucket and was asked with and attitude mind you, to repeat myself FOUR times. The girl sounded annoyed that I was ordering. I asked to sub Mac and cheese for one of the mashed potatoes for an additional charge and said I would be willing to pay whatever it was because my wife just got a wisdom tooth out and this would be her only meal because she needed soft food. They said they dont do substitutions and acted like I was crazy for even suggesting. I said no problem I would pay for whatever substitution and worst case just add an additional side so I could get the food for my wife. Again, huge attitude from the girl for no reason at all except maybe she hates her life. I ask for total and am told I need to wait and then she says they dont have crispy chicken and I will have to wait for regular chicken. She could have said this before ten minutes of attitude and issues. I said no thanks and pulled away. I dont want her touching my food after that interaction and I wouldnt give this establishment another sale if my life depended on it. Dirty, no class, and nonsensical attitude by some girl who needs fired. I will never go here again. Drove back to mentor avenue and got Mr chicken. Dont eat here!!

I go and the first thing any one says is "Hey little boy you got a phone?" says the one worker. I say Its none of your business. Then I go up and the other worker said "Are you ordering or you just going to stand there?" So I try to be polite and ask for 3 pieces of chicken with mac and cheese. I go home and go to eat it and they gave me mashed potatoes instead and charged me a lot fro the mac and cheese. The waiters are not friendly and the food is not good.

The absolute worst "restaurant" in Painesville, theres nothing good about this place. The service is below terrible, they constantly forget our food (Side dishes, and even whole meals) so much so that it seems as if theyre trying to spite us, and the food that you do get is inedible 90% of the time. The manager also did not attempt to fix our order or correct the problem. My family and I will never eat at this place again.

I only gave 1 star because u cant give 0. I jest left there and drove 30 miles home,just to find everything I said I didnt want,then the chicken was so old and greasy I had to throw it away,45 dollars down the drain. Was told to bring it back for replacement, yea drive 60 miles round trip to get more of the same crap I dont think so. Never see me there agsin.

Mom loves this place so I go there a lot for her. Her favorite is of course original chicken breasts. But mine are the Hot Chicken Sliders they serve. They are to die for if you love spicy chicken. Staff are very friendly and patient and its clean.

NO GLOVES!!!! FOR REAL!!! I will NEVER eat here. They were rubbing thier nose then preparing food. They were ring poeple up then preparing their food without washing their hands. I hope the baby boy in front of me doesnt get sick

Possibly the worst service I have ever received. Half the menu is no longer or not available. Chicken was cold and old during dinner time. This place needs to close, the last 3 times there has sealed the deal for me, never again.
