1*is not even deserved on this visit.the girl at the drive thru seemed so bothered by the fact that we came to order food.this same girl was just as rude when I came there 2 weeks ago.as Im trying to order she continues to interrupt me by asking "is that all?"5:p.m. on a Sunday afternoon and the wedges in our meals,all 3 of them werent edible.pulled early and not cooked enough but thats probably because she wanted the cars gone as to not be bothered by the paying customers.someone should really explain to this young lady that the customer choosing to pick this restaurant to eat at only validates the reason she is there to begin with. No receipt given,no sauces offered,no smile or thank You.very poor customer service coupled with mediocre food.

Went there a couple weeks ago and they messed up our order. We didnt know it till we got home. So we called right away to complain and the guy said dont worry about it we will take care of it next time you come in. Well I expected to have trouble when I went back in today, because he wasnt there...But it was actually surprising. Matthew who I think was the manager on duty asked if he could help me and I told him what happened and with no grunting or annoyances from him he got me what I needed. The customer service he provided was exceptional and I will definitely be going back there. Thank you Matthew, you made what could have been a really bad night go smoothly for me. :-)

Never have I had a bad experience at KFC until I came here . Spent about $34 on food for 5 people . Customer service was terrible , chicken was dry and looked like it had been sitting for a long time and mashed potatoes were cold . When I asked to replace my mashed potato the response I got was becuase it was sitting on my table for a long time already and also I ordered extra sides and they didnt come with the right amount . The employees were so rude

Horrible, I went on.tge drive through to gwt phone they were out of fries, they tell me to wait 5mins for the.fries, after 15mins waiting no food and no fries, no one brought out food and I had to go pick it up inside. Once inside they didnt had the food prepared and forgot about us. I definitely wont go back there.

Drive thru here sucks. When the georgia gold sauce came out we would get it on chicken littles all the time. Recently they keep saying they cant put it on the sandwich? The website for KFC clearly says try it on a sandwich and shows a link to a chicken little. People here just dont want to work.

with this as the only KFC near me its hard to compare to others, but out of the hundreds I have been too, this one is damn good. I have yet to be let down by the staff and they always have what I want, even when items were off the menu they would make it when asked woot woot dat chicken doe

Situated in lovely Winter Park, this is no regular KFC. No, this is a shimmering gem - maybe even the crown jewel - of dining. None of that disposable tableware here - the sporks are silver. Put your napkin in your lap and enjoy chicken in luxury.

Overall ok if you want to eat chicken, clean, not to many people go there maybe where it is situated. Always check your order if you do take out they always forget on my orders but hell I still go back to eat just to far from my house in Oviedo.

Make sure you DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER. We are locals and go there about twice a month, and EVERY single time they will repeat our correct order and give us the WRONG order. Not to be rude, but the incompetence of the employees is upsetting.
