I went to the strote at 8:40p.m. To Oder my food. And while me and my boyfriend were ordering our food, a woman came to Jennifer(who was helping us to order our food) and saying that we cant take costumer anymore and store has to be closed. Jenifer was so good about it saying that,"you guys are good". But then the women turned around and I heard exactly she said,"bullshit" (my boyfriend and I all heard that and Im sure other people who were there also heard it). another women offered us to stay in the store to finish the food, which I tried. But I felt really uncomfortable of what just happened. So we decided to leave. What kind of people who say "bullshit" in front of their costumes? And the way she interrupted pted us to Order food and not even respect people is just way more rude. I really couldnt believe it. I have been a huge fan of this store since it is the closest on to my campus but today, I felt extremely unwelcomed. I wish the manager of this store would see it and give me a resonance response and I would love to hear that from you.

Horrible. Went through the drive through tonight after I put my order in I pulled up to the window and they told me they just ran out of biscuits and that it would be a 9:30 minute wait. She told me the last ones were sold to the car before me so I said ok. I pulled up and waited. About 15+ cars that were behind me had already left. Exactly 33 minutes later a guy come out to the car that was waiting behind me and brough them their food. After 45 minutes I put my car into reverse back to the window. I watched as they bagged my already made food from the heat lamp and she said oh Im sorry we got a huge rush. Seriously?!?! I was the first car there. I am a manager of a restaurant and I would never let this happen. Charged me full price for everything but they were atleast nice enough to give me extra sides. If a customer at my restaurant was ever told " we basically forgot about you" I wouldnt even charge them. Never going back here again!

The chicken is hardly ever fresh, the woman working the drive-thru yelled at me through the intercom, they messed up my order, too. I always just pick it up quick because the inside is disgusting. The floor is greasy and dirty, you about slip coming in. And the tables are never cleaned and are sticky. The soda machine had NO flavor syrup, so you just got salty-tasting seltzer water. I think I even saw some cockroaches in the kitchen, nobody working back there was wearing a hairnet or gloves, and everything is just pre-made and really cheapo. Disappointing.

After waiting and having the cashiers debate while we were ordering, they didnt have any cookies, they were part of the combo, no substitute or discount. Oh well, but while we were eating at the table that we had to clean ourselves. One of the employees told us they were locking the doors because they were closing and we would have to get theyre attention to be let out. When I expressed my concern about our safety and being locked in, she said the back door is open. I said thats illegal, she didnt seem to care, but the doors werent locked when we left.

I went to KFC, Streetsboro. The chicken was undercooked, I contacted corporate because it was the store manager who checked the order and put it together, they refused to give me money back, instead they wanted to give me coupons for a future purchase within the next month. Seriously, this is what we come too ? What happened to the customer is ALWAYS right ??

Just ordered their 16 PC family pack 9/24/2016 for 42.95 live 2 cities away. Get it home and theres 4 pieces of big chicken and 12 little wings. That will not feed 3 adults and 3 teenagers. do they not do leps anymore wtf. Tried calling 626 9191 as thats the number on receipt and Google and no one answers. Will no longer go there

Food is what you would expect but staff really bring this place down. One person up front yelling to the back asking for help where I can see employees standing around leaning on counters yelling back that theyll be there in "just a minute". If there is another location remotely close, I would go there instead.

This place is ridiculous. I would be embarrassed to say Im the manager of this place. I get coupons in the mail get told its a 20min wait I dont have time to wait so I leave the next day I try and call a head of time and someone answers and then hangs up on me twice. Needless to say I am calling corporate..

Ive never been to a slower kfc stood in line for 30 min watching car after car get served, sides come in the smallest containers ive ever seen at a kfc and to top it off they were concave on the bottm, will never come here again and you shouldnt either
