This KFC location is hit and miss. I was at best a 1 Star location before its remodel. Now it depends on the staff working when you stop. Many times I have been forced to return to get an item left out of my order. I would not suggest going through the Drive Thru, they are quick to pull you up in a one lane drive thru with curbs. People are constantly stuck because the car in front order is not ready. Several times I have been honked at by cars behind and have even seen truck drive over the curb and bushes to get out of the drive thru lane. Inside you can check your order but they fill three drive thru orders for every counter order. I have been inside with 10 other customers while the fill order after order for the drive thru. Inside I can check my order which is usually missing something but at least I am not forced to leave the drive thru without an item. Food quality is also a hit and miss. The Original recipe is sometimes so old the skin and breading are in the bottom of the bucket. If you get there after 6 PM they stop cooking so if they are out of something they will not cook more. Wish we could get a decent restaurant at this location. Papa John, Italianos Pizza, The Cuban Café, and the Mexican Restaurant. I would love a Popeyes near this location. Poor quality food and a team that does not care about the customer. Wonder why they even bothered with the new building. Just another day in paradise, waited ten minutes behind a truck with one guy in drive truck at 5 pm on a Saturday I order two 8 piece meals, one original and one extra crispy. No extra crispy chicken at 5 PM, 16 min wait. Please help the people in this town with our horrible KFC. They are a chicken restaurant you would think they would have chicken at dinner time.

Have you heard? KFC has revamped the image of the place by modernizing it! Pretty pictures on the wall, an expanded menu, & adding things to your chicken that doesnt taste right. We ordered their new grilled chicken. Now, I had it before, and it wasnt great, but thought, what the heck, its better than the fried stuff, right? Well, not if its going to taste like they sprayed it with the stuff from under you kitchen sink. Someone must have forgotten to remove whatever cleaning agent they used. Does their closely guarded blend of 11 herbs and spices include a little soap and bleach? On the same order, we had some chicken wings. After requesting that the chicken MUST have BBQ, we were told it would have it. And I confirmed it with the guy handing the bag. Got home. No BBQ. Now, I wouldnt be complaining so hard if this wasnt the umpteenth time KFC had messed up the order. In fact, just thinking back right now, the last 3 times I went they screwed up the order! Why do I keep going back? Yeah, I know, if I go back to the restaurant, they will replace my order or something. But, you know, its better when you dont have to worry about it. Really bad for this KFC, but unfortunately, I think KFC as a whole has gone sub-par. Running out of chicken during the coupon thing was laughable when they told me they ran out of chicken. But sticking Mr Clean on your chicken is just a big no-no.

I worked as a shift supervisor for 2 years at this specific location. I saw things that should have this store closed down for good. Expired chicken being cooked, chicken from the floor still being breaded. During closing hours crew members would barely clean so they can be home at a reasonable time. Some customers specifically ask for fresh food and the crew will purposely serve the oldest chicken available because the cooks dont feel like cooking. This establishment is very disgusting and unorganized, I advise every customer not to eat there unless you dont mind having food poisoning. P.S. Think about the children

If I could leave zero stars I would! This place was substituting a biscuit for a cookie for me in the past because I gave up sweets for Lent and then all of a sudden the manager says we cant do that anymore!! Whatever happened to satisfying a customer? So when I told the manager that I am leaving a bad review for this place he said sarcastically to me "thank you come again!" I plan on contacting their corporate offices about their managers poor attitude! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU!!!

I dont know what, but something is wrong with their Chicken. EVERYTIME I visit this place the chicken has a weird taste , like theyre old or something , and old looking too even the potato wedges smelled bad. It sucks when such things happen and you forgot about it , and you go back and get a Flashback as soon as you see the food again. Ive never experienced such things at any KFC in this Area. Sad.. I hope they step their game up soon.

I use to work here for 10 months after i left i can see that they are just a mess they need to step it up is so sad how i went 2 days ago bc itook my wisdom teeth out i needed to eat mash potatoes so sad how they made everyone wait for so long to get their order ready i was thinking how bad i wish i was inside i wouldved not made them wait like that but again thats why i left kfc doesnt care not even about their employers.

Ive been going here for yrs.. and although the employees are courteous their chicken is horrible. All of it. These two stars are for their service. Ive returned food there 3 times in the last yr.. to only receive a refund because when they attempted to remake it, the chicken was still terrible. Hot wings, chicken tenders and original 2 piece were all hard and inedible. 3 different occasions.

Nothing at all. The staff is rude. No manager on site. Incomplete order. When we had to return to get the other half of our order the staff said it was our fault for not checking our order. This experience with this KFC has lost our family as customers forever. Publix chicken is just as good if not better. I will drive the extra 2 miles from now on.

Their staff is just there to spend their 8 hours. The chicken was disgusting! They didnt have drumsticks so they gave us 1 thigh, 3 breast, and 10 wings, what the hell kind of bucket is that? We have 1 person that eats white meat and 3 that like dark! Needless to say 2 of us didnt eat chicken. We will NEVER go there again!

they dont follow procedure at this location. the chicken is a soggy mess. I think they prepare too much in advance. They have left items out of my order nearly everytime I have been. I wont give this location any more chances.

Service is horrible!! It seems like no one has a clue as to whats going on. Ive been going for several years and have yet to ever have the right order. They always find a way to screw it up!!!!!!
