We pulled in more than half an hour before closing. As we were waiting our turn at the drive through a parked delivery truck decided to leave. Someone from the restaurant blocked my car in with a trash can. Another car blocked my retreat. The truck attempted to pull around me, he would have crushed my car had I not backed up the few inches I had to spare. I spent a solid 15 minutes in this horrible position. Finally pulled up to order where I was informed they were trying to close (15 to 20 minutes early) and had one breast and some wings left. I went home hungry. Had the person offered an apology for the wait, had the person offered a reasonable choice of food for sale all would have been forgiven. After this experience I will eat elsewhere. Additionally, I will take every opportunity to dissuade any and all from eating at this restaurant.

I stopped in popeyes last night on Ridgewood. I was treating my family to a popeyes treat that we havent had in a long while. Now Popeyes alone has a name of its own and a very decent product, thats why its the best chicken around. But last night, was the worst ive ever seen coming from a popeyes franchise. First, these were the smallest pieces of chicken i have ever seen! The chicken was very well overcook and dry. The cajun rice looked like brown mush all mixed together. The red beans and rice was an epic fail, and the buttermilk biscuits had no milk or butter, just dry bread. So i dont know what the evening crew was doing, but that was definitely not the popeyes i have experienced in the past.

Not Good, First time ever visiting a Popeyes, Two out of the three Chicken tenders were very tiny and the third was normal size but they were dried out I got back to work and opened the bag only to realize that no one had offered me dipping sauce. Maybe they dont have it, Im not sure. However, I needed it.The biscuit had no butter and the cap on the soda was not clicked on all the way and kept spilling in my car and I did not realize that until I stopped. The fries tasted like they had been sitting there since lunch time. I was not impressed at all. Actually I was very disappointed because I love chicken tenders but not from Popeyes again.

I ordered a three PC tender in a combo, spicy..with Cajun fries and a Pepsi... Instead I got a two PC with bones non spicy... Then I went to check the other box and it was another two PC with bones. Not spicy, no fries anywhere. Nothing for my biscuit either... I asked for dipping sauce and thru seemed very put out after they gave it too me they walked away from the window... Then they came back asking what I wanted and I asked for my drink.. It wasnt even ready... Worst service and I also work in the food industry...

I ordered spicy three piece chicken tender meal. We came in around 7:30. They must have ran out of chicken because I got two mild tenders and one spicy and they were dry as a bone. The fries were way too greasy. I would have been fine with waiting for them to make a fresh batch of spicy tenders but instead they apparently just shoved what they had in to complete the order. I love Popeyes but this one is disappointing

The staff was extremely friendly. Gregory the cashier made our ordering nice and Ashley delivered the food to our table and was so kind. She was also pleasent to to talk too. Food was hot and had great flavor. We like the Popeyes in our hometown which is about an hour south but this was great. The restrooms were clean. Though it had an odor. If I lived in the area I would be there often. Over all a nice place to eat.

We made a late night trip since I was craving some delicious red beans and rice. When we got up to the window we were informed that they were out of biscuits. The manager let me get an extra side instead, then gave us two free drinks for the inconvenience. Not only that, I got sweet tea towards the end of the night and it was neither out nor watered down or old. I love this Popeyes!

The fried chicken here is AWESOME, HOWEVER, the level of service that you receive in the drive thru of this location.....SUCKS!!! If you doubt my review look at what others have had to say about this location as well as checkout other apps such as YELP, and you will see that I am not the only who is complaining about this locations level of speedy service through their drive-thru!!

I hated absolutely everything about this place! I wasnt even 1 minute inside the place and the cashier got a huge attitude with me and totally disrespected me. Really unsanitary place to eat the tables looked like they havnt been cleaned in days. Everyone working was really rude. I do not recommend this place to anybody. If you want Popeyes please go to another one BUT this one.

Great food! OK service. Prices questionable. Im getting accustomed to surly service in Daytonas fast food market, so Popeyes was a better experience. However, I find it interesting that the prices here are higher than what I used to pay in Washington, DC. But thankfully, the quality of the food is still great. Popeyes spicy chicken is truely the food of the gods.

Food was hard and overcooked. Our order was not correct and it took forever for our order to get to us. The place was nasty.....the employees were kicking dropped food under the counters instead of picking it up. The drink station was also in bad condition. Skip this place for someplace better. And i normally love Popeyes but certainly not this location

Thus was the 3rd time that they have messed up my order. I wanted and paid for white meat and got dark, also I dont like thighs and OK I ordered a 3PC and asked for a breast and two Wings, they gave me a thigh wing and a drumstick! They really need to pay attention to what they are doing b/c I spend my money and I expect what I pay for.

I love the food, and always enjoy the opportunity to stop in, as I do not live near to a Popeyes. Food was awesome, as always, but I felt like I was a real inconvenience to the staff. At least, the person waiting on me, and another on the front line both seemed like they wanted to be ANYWHERE but there.

When EVER Im in Daytona, I visit this Popeyes. The staff has always been very helpful to me and to other customers. They are very efficient in getting things together from the kitchen, & keeping the place tidy, & restrooms are clean. Most of the time when I visit, the dining room has alot of guests!

I had to park in the handi cap spot for way too long and when i got home a 2 meal order was totally wrong! My wife went back to fix the issue and it was still wrong! Wth! Manager supposedly put our receipt up for us to get another meal tomorrow, hopefully correct this time! Not happy at all!

A very good experience. Even while manually re-booting the conputers. The chickwn po-boy combo was well satisfactory. I was stuffed. Only down note, i need to bring my own extra pickles. As substatute, I put cole-slaw in my chicken po-boy sandwich.
